I’m a 59 year old woman and I have never been abused this way. Any time someone starts a sentence with every, all and words like that you already know it’s not true because nobody can know that unless they’re God.
Most don't know about a Wisconsin woman that pressed charges against Nick in 2006. She had no connection to Melissa Schuman. And many women that I've talked to say it's "Okay" for a woman to be raped if they were in the same house drinking with the abuser. 😳So this is another reason women don't want to come forward because their harshest critics are other women.
Common theme: High profile celeb has a woman/women come over. They offer drink(s)/drugs. Since the woman accepted the drinks or drugs the man has a power trip over her. The man feels that now that she is inebriated NO ONE will believe her, so they get away with whatever abuse they choose to subject her to. It's f'kd up.
You would think after Depp vs Heard and M. Manson nonsense people would learn the wait until all the facts are in before commenting or slandering anybody. A lot of people saying something don’t make it fact.
It takes alot of courage to come forward. The more women that come forward with stories of what happened to them the less creditablity he has..With money comes power with power and money comes people hiding things and not being accountable for what they do to people Aaron would talk about all of these type of situations for years with nothing to gain . .I guess he just wanted people to know what type of person his brother was. Questioning an accuser doesn't mean they aren't believed. It's naive to think there aren't women that make up stories like that. I'm not saying this woman is lying by any means but to automatically believe every single story that comes out is dangerous for the accused. Men have had their lives destroyed by women lying about rape or assault. Even if they're proven to be innocent they'll carry that stain from those accusations for life. Women aren't always the victims. I don't know if Nick is a predator or not but I try to hear both sides before forming an opinion. It's because of women that lie about assault that make it harder for actual victims to come forward. Don't be angry at other women for asking questions about allegations, be angry at the ones that made it difficult for real survivers to get the justice they're entitled to. Also, women don't have to agree on everything. Wanting to know facts is not an attack on the accuser. I think it's sad that we're supposed to blindly believe everything another woman says or we're considered a problem. If someone is guilty of these types of crimes they deserve the worst punishment possible. But I'm not willing to sacrifice an innocent man on the alter of feminism before he's been proven to have committed those crimes. When people don't agree with your view it's not harassment either. I lean towards Nick doing some unsavory sh*t in his life but before I label him, or anyone else, a rapist I'm going to make sure I know all the facts first.
👏🏻 yes! I had a former friend accuse a guy of rape and it wasn’t true. She admitted it to me. She just wanted revenge on him. Obviously we are no longer friends. What makes it weird to me, for example, about Shay, if we’re talking about a girl with a neurological disease and under the age and a band that is always surrounded by an army of bodyguards and staff behind them, then, where were the girl’s parents or relatives when that happened? What was a girl like that doing by herself in a place like that? And, on the other hand, I can’t picture Nick on her own picking a single girl into his private bus when he was supposed to be on tour with the rest of the band and all the staff behind the band! And yes, I agree that Nick has (or used to have) anger management issues, it’s quite obvious, and it is true that he drank a lot and consumed a lot of drugs in the past, which led him to be arrested twice and it’s not difficult to think he could have shown an aggressive or risky behavior, but I also find some contradictions in the allegations by those girls.

Lots of girls have been more than willing to hook up with their idols, but there are other girls, possibly this latest accuser, that are both young and innocent and can be taken advantage of for that reason.I don't know the truth here but neither does anyone else.

Just because someone says you can do it to them.. doesn't make it right to do it to them. This is why consent is just a loophole for perpetrators. She was a tourist in Key West that met up with Nick and his friend. Nick's and his friend's behavior rose to the level of criminal but she dropped the charges due to the national media attention it was going to bring on her and her family.
