    I love the counterbalance. The saw is very clever. I'm a commercial beekeeper down here in Australia. I make my own beehives. I have a large German Panel saw and a large radial arm saw. Your saw basically does the job of both. I'm really enjoying your new channel. Thanks

    I made one of those panel lifting thingies about 20 years ago. I still have it. But one day, while buying wood from the lumber yard I saw they were selling them. Apparently they loved the one they saw me use. Apparently I accidently reinvented something I am pretty sure some one else already invented long before me.

    • @cooperised

      If you don't have the space to fit a full sheet of plywood, that's fair. But the floor space requirement of this thing is tiny given what it can do. Compare it to a table saw for example.

    • @BrassLock
      @BrassLock 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      I made one with 6 casters on the "chassis", so I could pull it out for use, then tuck away for storage. It also has space at the rear to store spare boards, (which add to the weight and stability, so you need a smooth floor and big casters for it to operate properly).

      @@wayoutwest-workshopstuff6299 i'm having a hard time seeing how this is done considering each caster is mounted in such a way that you would need to cut the middle support differently in order to adjust the distance between each of the wheels. like if you wanted to move that one innermost wheel closest to the saw you'd need to make the wood block it's screwed to either wider or shorter to move the caster in or out.
