I really curious if we get other nations' hybrid Battleships as well. I mainly want to see the Japanese but there are a lot of nations that played with the aircraft carrying warship concept. As someone who loves battleships and carriers like other people love cars; it was a blessing when I randomly opened the Connecticut a few days after it got into the game from a random chest. Since these type of niche classes come before subs in Legends at least I want the IJN Ise in the game (if I remember her name, I know that she's a premium in the PC version already but still)
Edit: I did remember her name correctly but I'll clarify: I'd like to see the hybrid-BB version of it, the base version is just ugly, like the Hyūga with these half usable mid hull turrets
This game perfectly shows the real weakness of BA Takanashi Hoshino: you spent half the game on fire. And not because of the Daring, but because Hoshino lacks any fire prevention skills. No Firefighter to lower fire chance by 15% or cap fires to 3. No Fight Fire With Fire to reduce fire damage by 15%. And you still ended the match with 2 heals remaining. Hoshino gives you one extra heal, but at the expensive of less effective health. She's a sidegrade to accuracy commanders, trading accuracy for faster reload.
The one spicy Hoshino build, leveraging Megalomania: full stealth sniper on a fast flanker like Georgia, Constellation, or Nebraska. Even if you have a 30s reload, you drop spot after only 15s because of Megalomania. Quite a few that you can get down to 11.x km detection.

I do play a little bit less aggressive so I'm using other Commander Joseph with the Japanese torpedo guy who boosts your torpedo damage and condo
I think it be interesting if you try the new commander on the rest of the American Battleship tech tree.
Louisiana, Ohio, and Columbo are bringing BBs back to glory. With the CV rework, HE spam, and DD’s still crazy concealment, they gotta give us strong, all around BBs like these.
Schleiffen and Vermont can be extremely strong, but with the player base it’s nearly impossible to get the scenario u need to actually have a monster game. I average 130K in these 3, and my next highest BB is around 115K. These things scare people, and punish mistakes like they should

Tried the new commander and i find it ok, not OP. Sure you can have a fast reload and many heals but i rather take new jersey that gives more accurate salvoes with more damage. So its all about preference. I prefer to actually hit most of my shots Even tho i have to wait 2 or 4 seconds longer for each reload, the reload time is long anyway so i find it frustrating to miss after the 20 second wait. Its not a bad commander but its not the number one commander for me.
You know what’s strange spartan in amagi you can dev strike a cruiser&destroyer but all American ap over pins makes you wonder doesn’t it

Why not just ask to mute the game sound? Regular callouts have no impact on the sound?

I only play ai mode because I’m not that good and I don’t have a battleship commander I use the cruiser commander…
Once you get enough commander xp you can use it to buy the commander that you want in the store
