Honestly, not too shabby for an Android smartwatch. I still prefer my S4 Apple Watch and love the hell out of it, but if it comes to the States, it could be a quality option for Android users.
Just received my new xiaomi mi watch yesterday, setting up was easy because I watched a video before. I downloaded the Chinese wear os app and the xiaomi app as well and everything was smooth. Today a new software update is received through wifi and it even changed more Chinese to english. I love it, can't wait to add the eSIM to it. Thanks for the nice video, it explains all in a short 👍

It can be used, but still limited. Practical functions that work: 1) time 2) sport modes 3) notifications 4) hear rate & steps counter 5) calls over bluetooth 6) sleep tracker 7) stopwatch 8) alarm clock 9) reminders 10) media control (adjusting volume/skip song/play/pause). But still no chance to use NFC and Google Pay, most of APPs only in Chineese language, no Google Services (so no 3rd party apps that requires google services). We are all waiting for Global version with Global ROM to be launched.
@@NiuxTech I think of getting it only for showing my pictures in my photolibrary, is that possible to use if for and find out how to send from phone to watch without having the pictures stored in watch even with this chinese version?

Still no Global ROM available, but some ppl actually managed to enable and use eSIM with their country operators. Also you can get more google apps, like Google Fit, Voice Assistant, etc.

You have to wait for global version. You cannot change chinese to global via OTA update. If you want to buy it go to Aliexpress, you van buy it for 80us$ less than on Gearbest.
I would suggest waiting for Global version release, although I am pretty sure you will be able to flash CN ROM to GLOBAL ROM later. P.S. Dont forger extra custom taxes and VAT when buying from AliExpress.

Most probably you will need to pay taxes if you buy from AliExpress. I would recommend to buy from GearBest and choose "EU Priority Line" shipping and NO extra taxes will applied! Regarding Global ROM - most probably it will be possible to flash from CN to Global ROM. Just need to wait till Xiaomi release Global version.

It is still CN version watch itself, but most of the parts are translated into English. When you setup watch - you can choose between ENG or CN language. And with some other modifications - it's also possible to get another multi languages.

Its a stock always on display wallpaper from Xiaomi phones with amoled screens. You can find it if you have xiaomi phone with amoled screen. Otherwise - it will not work just as wallpaper on other phones.
