It is indeed awesome. The colors in Antelope Canyon are spectacular. Beautifully filmed - thank you. FYI the Navajo Nation was hit really badly with Covid with the third highest infection ratio in the US. and continues to deal with it. The Navajo have a different physiology and can react differently. In 2020 along with friends, we made masses of fabric face masks that were sent to The Nation as they were not getting supplies. Continued mask wearing is very important. The Navajo rely on tourism as a major source of income. Attractions and parks such as Antelope Canyon which are on Nation lands, are run by the tribes.
My wife used to be obsessed with taking photos of welcome to...states.When we first went to USA we did coach trips to various states and the coach drivers used to shout out we are coming to a sign so she could take a photo. We then did self driving trips and were able to get up close to the signs. Funnily enough the state we have visited most, Florida, we haven't seen a sign as we have always flown in
I never knew about Antelope Canyon. I need to go there now. Thanks for showing it to us! It was stunning! I've seen the grand canyon, so I can imagine the depth and breadth and beauty of Antelope Canyon. I just wish the camera could capture the real essence of it! Thanks again, guys.
Absolutely breath taking the shape formation of the canyon is amazing & been able to walk through it when only hrs before was flooded, another great vlog xx
Thanx for sharing your travels, outstanding and stunning scenes, you do feel so insignificant in such glory, its difficult to take it in and absorb what you have seen and it stays with you forever...can't wait for your experience of the Grand Canyon...
Omg Antelope Canyon in fact all of the canyons took my breath away 😮it must’ve been amazing to see in real life…..wonderful vlog, thank you for sharing 😊
Ah the Yavapi lodges, I stayed there on my National Parks trip, thankfully our suitcases were brought to our rooms as part of the trip so I didn't have to lug it up the stairs as by that point we were two weeks in & it was very heavy! You're so lucky and thank you for sharing this with us. Such amazing scenery in that whole area
What was pleasently surprising for us, is that the area around the south rim is full of trees. Just beautiful! We stayed in Williams, I bet you would have liked the small village also.
I love that you ran into the same couple 3x! I was in GC one year and when the sun went down… we were allllll freezing and that was in August! Beautiful landscapes and views!
The scenary in Arizona is breathtaking, especially the Grand Canyon. Something you cannot explain and the camera does not really capture. You have to see it with your own eyes.
Its mind blowing to think how many thousands /million years the river at Horseshoe bend took to carve its way through the rock to create such a deep channel.
This is all one part of the US I have never been to - I’ve driven across north of there and back the other way far south of there, but I’ve never been near the Grand Canyon. Antelope Canyon does look absolutely stunning, and I can see why they require you to go with a group, if flash flooding is as common as they say.
Sublime, really no words, the Vastness...history and yes makes you realise how tiny and short lived us humans are.
❤️💛
Unbelievable images! It was like looking at a screensaver on an 8k screen! Absolutely beautiful - thanks for sharing!!
I literally commented on this before I saw your comment in the car about the wallpapers! I knew it looked familiar! 😅
There are just no words to describe the scenery and canyons. Looking forward to the next instalment.
Glad you enjoyed it

Yes, you should get yourself a national park pass 😶🌫️
The park pass for 65+ is $20 or $80 for lifetime park pass!
Its mind blowing to think how many thousands /million years the river at Horseshoe bend took to carve its way through the rock to create such a deep channel.
