දියුණු රටවල උගත්වැඩිහිටියෝ ළමයින් තාක්ෂණයෙන් ගුණදහමින් ඉහළට ගන්නට උත්සහා වෙන කල්හි අපේ රටෙ ඇතැම් ගුරුදෙගුරෝ හා රජයන් ළමයින් තමන්ට මෙන්ම සමාජයට පව්දෙන වටිනා කාලය කාබාසිනියා කරන හිස් පුහු ගීත,ටෙලිනාට්‍ය, ච්ත්‍රපටි නර්තනාදී කලා ක්‍රිඩා ක්‍රියාකාරම්වලින් ඉහළට ගන්නට උත්සහා කරවති. 1940 යේ සිට ආරම්භ වූ දසක හතක් කාලය තුල ඉන්දියාවෙන් කොපිකරගත් ප්‍රේමය මූලික කරගත් චිත්‍රපටිටෙලිනාට්‍යාදී කාමුක කළාව හා මාධ්‍ය මෙ රටෙ පැවැති තරුණතරුණියන්ගේ කුමරකුමරී බඹසර පවිත්‍රත්වය සහමුලින්ම විනාශ කළහ. ගුණනුවණ හීන කළහ.කම්මැලි මිනිසුන් බිහි කළහ. පරදාරකම් මත්ලෝලිකම් ආදී සියලු දුෂ්චරිතයට ආදර්ශ සැපයූහ. කාමාපරාධකාරයන් කාමුම්මත්තකයන් බිහිකලහ. එබැවින් ගුරුදෙගුරො බුද්ධිමත් වී දරුවන් සිහි නුවණ වනසන කාමුක කලා ක්‍රියාකාරකම්වල යෙදවීම මෙන්ම කාමුක මාධ්‍යයෙහි හා කලාවෙහි රසිකයන් කරවා උම්මත්තකයන් කරවීම කලයුතු නොවෙති. ලංකාව අද ඉහත සදහන් වල්කලාවෙන් දුරාචාර වලින් සුපිරි දියුණුවක් ලබාගෙන ඇත. මෙවැනි වල්මාධ්‍ය හා වල්කලාව වනාහි අපේ රට ගුණනුවණින් ආර්ථිකයෙන් පිරිහීමට එක් හේතුවක් වූ බව පණ්ඩිතයා විසින් අවබෝධකර ගතයුතුව ඇත
