Our divorce finalized March 2024. He got remarried in May 2024. I left him after I found out he touched a 16 years old young lady. We have a 12 year old daughter together. He's not allowed around our daughter!

That first judge made the right decision. The second judge did not, but his family came to speak on his behalf. So his family also failed his kids, not just the judge

This couple had a very fancy, showy wedding, only for the husband to not be able to calm his thirst for little girls.
The wife was apparently ok with his crimes because she used money that they needed as a family to bail him out. I am sure that she lost clientele when people found out about this. If this would not have happened, those children would have been removed and he would have been back in jail for violating the conditions of his bail by being in the same home with children under 18. He was a danger to the neighborhood & young vulnerable girls in society . Yet they all banned together to beg the judge to lower the bail. He must have preyed on low income little girls for there not to have been a support system there for them at the bail hearing.

This is so sad that the mother knew his charges and still chose to believe he was innocent. That man didn't take them because of the loss of the apartment and car. He took them because he knew he was guilty and that he would never be able to be with those children. That's sick to take everyone just demonic. If you going go by yourself nobody should have to leave because you have demons that you can't control. Rest in peace to the children. Praying for the son to continue to recover and for his mental health because this will certainly be with him for the rest of his life.
