I lost probably about 55 pounds since March 2020. But since March 2019 I lost a total of 90 pounds. I’ve been doing your program for a little over two months now with the few rest days during the second 30 day challenge. You mean to tell me you don’t just got 5 minutes? Yes you do. The explanations to hold and squeeze were a really great recommendation for me. All these videos are great but for someone like me who only did very basic exercises daily, like pushups, jumping jacks, crunches, squats and pull-ups, the knowledge you impart in these more detailed videos on how to make the most of it really does it for me. Thanks a bunch
I have always struggled to “feel the burn” when doing back workouts so i was not sure if i was doing it wrong. I definitely felt it during this so im gonna make sure to keep it up!
do the exercises slower, for example if you lift weights, you can bring the weights up fast, but slowly bring it down (really stretches out the muscle and you feel a better burn)
I've incorporated these 5 min exercises as a add on to my normal routine. It really helps to make sure I hit every thing. I've realized there is no perfect homework, there is always something missing but these 5 min workouts are truly fire bro 🔥🔥
This is a nice simple workout which can have many uses for different people. For me I’ll be using this as a warm up but i also might use this when I don’t have time or motivation to do a full workout.
Couldn't do pull ups today, so I did 3 rounds of my favorite back exercises at home for 5 min each. I'm already feeling sore haha. Keep doing what you are doing man! 👏

Day 5: I love this back workout! Have a disc prolapse for over 11 years now and it gotten worst the last month, so I had to do something about it, this one really helps me getting my streangth back. thank you!
I'm not sure if I'm gonna implement this workout tomorrow morning before work or after. But I definitely want to thank you for making videos, like thit I'm on that recovering alcoholic lifestyle. It's actually a crazy story cause I started drinking when I was 22. quit drinking when I was 25; became a victim of a hit-and-run got real low and depressed for 8 months with nothing to do but drink gallons of beer liquor and weed. I'll never forget what my doctor told me... don't expect anything significant for the next 10 years It's pretty close to accurate 11 years after my accident my body really wanted to respond. allow me to work harder for an employer and ability to workout for myself. As soon as that happened the desire to drink went away. In 6 months I've lost 28 pounds. I'm hoping by may 2022 I'll be 200 pounds again. The long term goal is to get back to a 170 pounds Which was my weight prior to my accident
Day 5: Workout Vid 2: I wasn't able to feel the squeeze in muscles in the first back workout video but immediately following it up with this one, I was able to feel that squeeze he's talking about! Keep pushing
I'm gonna mix it up with the chest workout and will follow with abs and glutes workout which will do a 25-30 minutes workout session overall... Hope that will work for me !

I use this almost 1 year later as a drop set to my main back workout. Really does kill after hitting pull ups and rows before hand. 10/10 love this
