MacBeath Poncelet Family (even N): diagonals meet at a point

The diagonals of Poncelet N-gons (N even) of the MacBeath family (circle-inscribed, caustic has a focus on the center of outer circle) meet at a single point. For N=4 this is the caustic's "other" vertex.
