    This was really useful for a new player trying to figure out the meta. Thank you!

    I do like their reasoning for not including Bloodrush Bellows they wanted a deck that was fully no misses for the draw discards to make the learning experience easier and better. I fully agree that it has to be in for a competitive version of the deck, but it does show some intentionality into why they did such.

    • @Lupinefiasco
      @Lupinefiasco  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +2

      I can agree with that. I don't know where I got the idea that this was advertised as a competitive deck; the product sheet calls it "an ideal way to pick-up and play at weekly Armory Events," which I think is a fair assessment of the deck. In that light, removing the feel bads from ending your turn because of a brick is a fine idea.

    Hey man, been loving this video. My buddy just got me into FaB with Blitz and then this set and its been a huge help. Been messing around with some cards and I just came across Cadaverous Contraband, which I swapped out Beast Within from your list on your recommendation of its overall usefulness. Wondering your thoughts on something like this? We don't have many on-hits to push tempo and figured this could be good to go dig up a Bloodrush Bellow or Cast Bones that got discarded on a random draw.

      @Lupinefiasco  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Contraband is a fine card that saw some play in Rhinar for the same reason (chaining BRB). It has the same weaknesses as Humble in that it isn’t a Brute attack and blocks 2. It also doesn’t have the utility of Beast Within.
      My verdict is it’s fine as a budget alternative to Beast Within but can’t replace it overall.

      @@Lupinefiasco Really appreciate the reply! Just got done at my local armory and ran into the instance where Humble did not take advantage of BRB, so I get the downside now. I only pulled Contraband off once in 4 matches.

    The versions for the upgrades seem to have gone from your profile when I had a look and only shows the latest.

      Yup, seems to be a problem with Fabrary. I haven't gotten around to fixing it yet, but at least the video is still accurate!

    Picked the armory deck up and seeing the upgrades step-by-step is helpful, but it looks like only the full version is divided to show an actual main deck and sidebaord. The others are just 80-card decks.
    As a new player, i have no idea whats intended to be in the sideboard (outside of equipment) so the extra cards without any guidance for using them is meaningless to me and honestly just leads to more confusion

    • @Lupinefiasco
      @Lupinefiasco  9 วันที่ผ่านมา +1

      That's a limitation of the Versions tab, unfortunately. I can put a small matchup guide together for the various tiers, but ultimately it would be too disjointed to give 30+ sideboard guides for multiple tiers.
      I recommend asking in the Flesh and Blood discord (the Kayo channel is very helpful for that sort of thing and is where I spend a lot of my time) or in my video comments!

    That is a fantastic accompaniment to the deck's release. Just curious on the inclusion of Gambler's Gloves. I follow your daily game play vids and you had put that card in for Prism but last iteration taken it out saying it wasnt necessary. I see now you have included it again for the yellow Wild Ride. Was that an oversight or have you gone back to that way of thinking?

    • @Lupinefiasco
      @Lupinefiasco  4 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      That's an oversight, but one that I'm weirdly okay with. Similar to the Fai budget list I posted last year, I don't mind this being a general how-to rather than a definitive Kayo list. By the time someone drops $800 to complete the deck, they will very likely have their own opinion regarding Gambler's Gloves (or Smash Instinct, or Cast Bones, or whatever). At least now they know it's an option!

    Honestly just buying the deck and buying 3 bloodrush bellows already "fixes". It goes from a mid deck to a decent deck. It's not great, you're not gonna win any tournaments with it, but you can sit down at an armory and play a few games and maybe win one or two. I don't care what their reasoning was, not having bellows here was a miss.

    • @Lupinefiasco
      @Lupinefiasco  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      100% agree. A friend of mine had the idea that LSS could’ve included a sealed pack of “higher skill” cards like BRB in the deck with instructions to add them when the new player feels comfortable with the base deck.

    Just a query re your Dori Hatchets list. Why do you side out Swing Big? Just not sure I understand why.

    • @Lupinefiasco
      @Lupinefiasco  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Dori blocks very well and I don't want to give her Quicken. Dori can attack three times with two sources of go again and is very likely to have the first one, so I don't want to give her the second.
      Kassai, on the other hand, doesn't get a third sword swing which is why I'm okay with playing Swing Big against her.
