    Hi! Thanks for the video! The demonstration of the repeated movements was great! Did you say Robin McKenzie was Swedish? He was from New Zealand. Also, just a note, I was taught that centralization doesn't always mean the pain is getting better, instead it means that the pain is moving towards the spine. The pain may actually increase during centralization (usually just initially) but centralization is so strongly associated with full resolution of symptoms, we often continue with repeated movements that centralize symptoms toward the spine (even if they are more intense). Peripheralization means the pain/symptoms are moving away from the spine. This is an important clinical note imo, especially for spinal involvement. Thanks again! I enjoyed this video!
