It was set way back from the Pike behind a strip mall, next to a credit union and a dental office. There used to be a Hooters and a Dankers Furniture a block north on the Pike. Congressional Plaza was across the Pike.
Nice Komatsu machines but totally unfit for this purpose. Berg seems a relatively large company, they're always featured on your vids - why don't they invest in some proper demolition equipment that would make them more cash in the long-term? And why no soft strip?!!
