Accused Wings Cafe Shooter Appears In Court

Bibb County Sheriff's Office Sgt. Cedric Penson testified Wednesday at a Bibb County Magistrate Court hearing for Jaquez Foster, 23. Foster is charged with murder in the Dec. 12 shootout at Wings Cafe that resulted in three deaths.
