Always sucks giving up that nice lil gambit that you know is bad when people know what to do. That's how I felt about my albin counter gambit

Hey Jamie, I enjoy following your games!
I was wondering how much time you put into these videos per day, with playing, analyzing and the editing / uploading. Cheers and loads of success on your journey!

      Glad you like the videos.
The whole process can take a few hours. I’ll often check the video over just to make sure it’s filmed ok. Messing around with thumbnails can take a while. Analysing the games at the end is normally done pretty quickly but depending on the game I’ll tend to analyse the game more in depth the following day.
Chess can get a little too much at times and it’s nice to chill out for a bit afterwards, but I always return pretty quickly. I also look around for short videos and the editing on that can take a while, but if filmed vertically then you can just upload it pretty quickly. It’s actually not too bad a process and I would highly recommend it to anymore who’s thinking of a side project 👍

I thought that gambits were supposed to give you a lead in development 😂

Glad to see the back of the Rousseau gambit. I know its fun to play gambits but you shouldn't play one that can be refuted so easily if you're serious about climbing the ladder 👍

Thanks for that. It’s gone now and it’ll only make an odd appearance in blitz
