It sounds like something is scraping against the rotor on that stand fan, perhaps one of the winding ties came loose or something.
@@JordanU I thought about that, none of the windings or internal wires appeared to look loose in a motor. I let it run overnight just to see if the oil needed to sink into the bearings a bit more. After that it appeared to work just fine.
