What a really excellent video.I love how you pick it up and bring it right up close to the camera to show us exactly what you mean. When you were telling us about the two to two and a half inches. I love the extra effort you put into doing this. The fact that you picked it up to show us exactly what you were talking about is really really great. Thanks for a really great job. Looks like you’ve really determined the “Best” dimensions yet kept it minimalistic...
Wondering if the #110 Clips used allow using all of the Triggers set-notches and if so, have you determined which Notch is “Optimum” ?
How about forming Trigger Wires into a Circle or simply wider spread to insure a Catch !
*All the Victor Conibear’s have are the Original ones same as yours w/o the bend in the Jaws and have only used them in runs & Den entrances...

yes the clips allow for all the settings, i find the center notch the best, I don't find that adjusting the shape of the trigger is necessary, i want them a good way into the trap before it springs. I like to suitcase my rats
I want to know how he managed to put a drill bit in an impact driver
It's an old Jedi mind trick....
they make them with those quick disconnect snap in style shanks on them. The impact action of the drill makes quick work of wood.
How long before they start sinking? I have used something similar made with dead logs and they sank after about a week in the water.
Had you thought of sealing the wood portion weeks(scent dissipation)
before assembled to prevent water abortion?
i have never had a problem with them sinking, store bought 2x4 is kiln dried and takes years to saturate, even if they were to sink down some, they would still work with the 110
Are you not worried about other species, (I.E. Ducks or anything else ) seeing these and getting into them?
