My videos are designed to trigger a relaxing feeling known as ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response). ASMR is a particular sensation that some people experience when they hear quiet sounds like whispering and soft speaking, or watch certain actions like slow hand motions. That face when you invest heavily into a gaming laptop but see a bunch of sweet keyboards that make you feel like you're missing out. Great video btw!
This keyboard might actually be a good fit for you! It's super compact AND wireless, so if you wanted to pack it around with your laptop it actually wouldn't be too much of a hassle. Only downside is the Bluetooth performance is a tad laggy, so I wouldn't recommend it for serious gaming in wireless mode.
Thanks for the advice! Tbh, my laptop's keys just aren't as satisfying as a lot of keyboards. So I might just pick this keyboard up!
Taking minimalism to a whole new level with taking off all those buttons, it looks perfect for the setup of my tiny room/studio.

I absolutely love your videos. I absolutely hate anything but soft spoken or whispering ASMR. When you do some tapping or slightly plastic crinkling it doesnt bother me because you do it for like 10 seconds and then stop; Whereas tons of other youtubers do it for like 4 minutes straight and its super annoying. Thats why I love ER or RelaxingASMR because they dont do that stuff (well, ER does in some of his videos). GREAT VIDEO! You are honestly in my top 3 behind RelaxingASMR and ER.

Also, because of my career, I've acquired a keyboard similar to this 60 percentile model that is also made China. I use it for my research computer (computer #2 of the 5 that seem to govern my life, long story). Anyway thanks dude. BTW, I'm hearing there is going to be a remastering of your favorite Elder Scrolls game Morrowind! I'm expecting a "let's play". Lol
Hey man, hope it helps you wind down after a rough day. And as far as I know, there are two Morrowind "remasters" of sorts: 1) the Morrowind expansion for Elder Scrolls Online which came out earlier this month, and 2) the Skywind fan project that aims to rebuild Morrowind in Skyrim and looks mighty fine! The ESO expansion is cool too, I've played a bit and I may do a video with it in future :)

There is a desktop app for it! Go to the subreddit for the Anne Pro, and someone on GitHub made a desktop version for Windows. Also there is a fix for the Bluetooth input lag mentioned on the subreddit

To disable the auto LED off, enter Bluetooth mode (Fn + B) and then press A (should turn red).
I recently bought and was playing a monster hunter game on my 3ds. It reminded me of your sun and moon video and some of the older videos. I would love to see another video where you film yourself using one of the handheld consoles, maybe you could film the switch like that?

theASMRnerd I'm really enjoying it, for my first full time mechanical keyboard. My colleges at work after seeing the good finish and quality of it, are going to purchase one for them. I have to tell you that I really like your videos, but I come back to this one because your amusement with the keyboard is contagious. I'll give more feedback after some use, it got me excited to work on coding again 😃
no on-off switch that is probably the biggest con. because even with the Bluetooth and rgb turned off it remains using the battery. Ill upgrade it with switch that cuts the battery.

about 4 months now! I love it :) you might want to check on reddit, they had a batch with a missing foam near the battery and some people got their battery pierced, easily fixable though, better safe than sorry !
Heyo, I've been looking at the Anne Pro 2. Would you be able to tell me how Gateron Browns function within a competitive gaming environment? I'm really really interested in a 60% and am considering making the AP2 as my first board. I'm just worried about reliability. (I will use it wired obviously). Thanks :)

There are definitely some very plain office keyboards that share a similar minimalist aesthetic, but I don't think Dell makes any 60% keyboards, or mechanical ones for that matter.

I have this and love the gat browns, but the stabilizers on the big keys are extremely loud and rattly
+ShadyCrafters Fantastic switches, love em. Funny you mention the rattly stabilizers, because I saw others say the same, but saw no evidence of that myself. In fact, I found the spacebar in particular to be remarkably well-stabilized. So perhaps they've addressed the issue?

Hmm, got this one earlier this month, but I'd be surprised if they made any major revisions since March. Maybe I just got lucky somehow? But the spacebar feels great, less rattly than my K70 I'd say.

Yep! Have a 3DS, have several Pokemon games for it, plus LoZ: Link Between Worlds, Ocarina of Time, and Majora's Mask, Super Mario 3D Land, Starfox 64 3D, Smash Bros., AC: New Leaf, and some others.

Hey I love my K70 a ton but this keyboard came with a key cap remover and mine didn't. Why is that even a remote possibility??
Really? Double-check the box maybe? Because my K70 definitely came with a keycap puller, as well as a few extra textured keycaps for WASD.
I think there might be two or maybe more different versions of the K70 because mine definitely didn't come with those textured keycaps. I have seen them before though, they've got that red rubberized texture to them. I just don't understand why all versions of the keyboard don't come with a key cap tool...

The K70 is an amazing keyboard that I've been loving for years now, but I gotta say...I LOVE the feel of the Gateron browns on this board. Like, really really love.

ShadyCrafters an hour? More like 2 years ^^' Gaterons are nice aswell, but I love the build quality of the k70 more and the brushed aluminium. Also cherry mx are made in my home country and have met them personally. They're awesome.
