I provide step-by-step guidance on how to effectively utilize this technique, from recording yourself to evaluating your performance and continuously improving.
To start, record yourself speaking for at least 3 minutes on a simple topic like describing your daily routine. Watch the recording and focus on one specific aspect to work on, such as speaking speed, pronunciation, or confidence. Repeat this process daily for 90 days to witness a significant improvement in your speaking skills. Remember, consistency is key to mastering any skill.
Challenge yourself to commit to this practice and see the transformation in your speaking abilities. Don't just watch, but take action and make this practice a habit. First time i recorded my video while speaking. I talked for 4 mts.Inbetween I got stucked because I forgot what I did yesterday,after few seconds again I started talking. Only half of the speech I covered.I am very eager to hear my voice.
