They can't. Fake bashes can only prolong real bashes if bashed by a real hero. What I think what happened is that necrolyte casted his ulti. If you watch closely, you can see that panda is stunned before the hit of void reaches him.
Just think for a second, pal! Riki obviously is less than 6th lvl. He doesn't have ultimate => his max lvl could be 5th => maximum lvl of his blink could be 3rd => minimum cooldown of his blink could be 10 sec => couldn't escape :)

Poor judgement ! You played 1-3 games with SexInTheMorning and he wasn't good but what about the other 1 000 000 games which you didn't play with him ?
