    For being productive
    4) Make small behaviour - starter step -> motivate you for the next one
    5) Identify your anchor -> morning is very important to build habits
    Is we start late our schedule gets disbalance
    6) Anchor -> After this , I will do this
    7) Celebrate your success -> dance,laugh, yes, listening songs, clap etc.

    1*your willpower will strengthen by first building any of your skills.
    2*the first step is to create a sign or reminder अगर ये काम न करे तो ability बनाए then motivation
    3*the easier is to perform a behaviour the greater the chance it will become habit
    4*increase your skills ,
    When you are better at something it become easier to do it
    5*by developing skill you can increase the capacity to do that habit
    6*to make new behaviour comfortable have as many necessary tools and resources as possible
    7*it won't become a habit if a behaviour frustrates you
    8*making behavior small is the basics of tiny habits

    Day 15 :- Iss video me jo Running shoes lene wala example hai naa , vo actually me maine recently try Kiya hai.
    That is ,
    Tools and resources help us making effective habit.
    I applied the same , for making myself habitual of getting up early and going to run. But in starting I use the shoes which wear not to be used for running and vo jyada comfortable bhi nahi the, but then I decided that , agar Maine 30 days jaldi uth kar sirf basketball ground par chale Gaya , to on 31st day I will buy new running shoes , proper sports wears and also a new basketball.
    And guess what, new things buy karne ke idea se mein har roj jaane laga and then I bought all those things. And today, I am at my 93rd day of getting up early and going to run.
    I started from running 300-400 meters on 1st day , and now after 3months I am running nearly about 1.5 km. That's great , it's it !? 😉😉😉

    Thankyou Sir for sharing such helpful book which teaches to make any habits step by step.Here are the lessons which I have learnt:-
    No.1:-I learnt behaviour is formed when motivation,ability and sign come together.
    No.2:-I learnt from that girl story whose mother has told to buy poster board that setting a reminder or sign is important.
    No.3:-There are 3 ways to make behaviour easily:-
    •Increase your skills
    •Arrange tools and resources
    •Make behaviour small,Start by just one step
    No.4:-Identifying your anchor is important.So start making anchor after doing this,I will do this and then repeat with other tasks.
    No 5:-Habit celebration is important.You can celebrate habits by dancing,laughing,congratulating,clapping and by other more ways .It increases motivation level.

    Day 15 of the challenge .
    Lesson learnt :
    1.small habits which built today will give the big result Tomorrow.
    2. good habit take time and effort to develop , its need a strong foundation but once it done then result will incredible.
    3.start from small at first . At first it will be difficult but be persevered .
    4. Create small habit and complete it , it will increse motivation and strengthen will power .
    5. Create or find sign or reminder , develop or improve the ability to do and increase motivation to do it .
    6.increase and develop skills , arrange tools and resoruces , make small behaviour.
    7. Make anchors like i will do this after wakeup , after i turn off my alarnm i will do this , etc.
    8. Doing a behaviour and how we feel when perfom it will decide that the behaviour will reapt in future or not .
    9. Found a way to celebrate, like dancing , congratulating your self or shouting .
    10. Celebrate when you complete your small habit.

My takeaway from this book how we can taking small steps by adapting small habits to change our life. 1) To change an old habit remove the sign associated with it. 2) To adopt new habit put up a sign to remind you to do it. 3) To change any behaviour follow three steps - a) create an anchor for that behaviour b) develop the ability to do that behaviour c) increase the motivation to do it. 4) To make the behaviour easy follow three steps - a) Enhance your skills b) Arrange tools and resources c) After completion of task celebrate it by giving reward to yourself or do the things the way you love to celebrate.

    Day 15. So this is a kinda similar book to atomic habits by James clear although if I had to choose one particular thing which I loved in the book that would be to put up a new habit one who put a sign to remind about the new work. Likewise I put my goal for the week on my phone wallpaper which helps in reminding me and also helps me in not neglecting it.
