Day 15 :- Iss video me jo Running shoes lene wala example hai naa , vo actually me maine recently try Kiya hai. That is , Tools and resources help us making effective habit. I applied the same , for making myself habitual of getting up early and going to run. But in starting I use the shoes which wear not to be used for running and vo jyada comfortable bhi nahi the, but then I decided that , agar Maine 30 days jaldi uth kar sirf basketball ground par chale Gaya , to on 31st day I will buy new running shoes , proper sports wears and also a new basketball. And guess what, new things buy karne ke idea se mein har roj jaane laga and then I bought all those things. And today, I am at my 93rd day of getting up early and going to run. I started from running 300-400 meters on 1st day , and now after 3months I am running nearly about 1.5 km. That's great , it's it !? 😉😉😉

My takeaway from this book how we can taking small steps by adapting small habits to change our life. 1) To change an old habit remove the sign associated with it. 2) To adopt new habit put up a sign to remind you to do it. 3) To change any behaviour follow three steps - a) create an anchor for that behaviour b) develop the ability to do that behaviour c) increase the motivation to do it. 4) To make the behaviour easy follow three steps - a) Enhance your skills b) Arrange tools and resources c) After completion of task celebrate it by giving reward to yourself or do the things the way you love to celebrate.

Her passion for reading books.
Day 15 :- Iss video me jo Running shoes lene wala example hai naa , vo actually me maine recently try Kiya hai.
That is ,
Tools and resources help us making effective habit.
I applied the same , for making myself habitual of getting up early and going to run. But in starting I use the shoes which wear not to be used for running and vo jyada comfortable bhi nahi the, but then I decided that , agar Maine 30 days jaldi uth kar sirf basketball ground par chale Gaya , to on 31st day I will buy new running shoes , proper sports wears and also a new basketball.
And guess what, new things buy karne ke idea se mein har roj jaane laga and then I bought all those things. And today, I am at my 93rd day of getting up early and going to run.
I started from running 300-400 meters on 1st day , and now after 3months I am running nearly about 1.5 km. That's great , it's it !? 😉😉😉

So this is a kinda similar book to atomic habits by James clear although if I had to choose one particular thing which I loved in the book that would be to put up a new habit one who put a sign to remind about the new work. Likewise I put my goal for the week on my phone wallpaper which helps in reminding me and also helps me in not neglecting it.
