Great video this Kev, proper locos. Love to see the “ auld school “ locos as brings back so many good memories of either sitting at Newcastle station or travelling around between York/Edinburgh/Carlisle on a 7 quid weekly railcard in the late 70’s early 80’s 👍
Love watching these type vids, train movements. Christ when I was young, we were ecstatic over a light engine or if we were really lucky A PAIR OF CLASS 25. LOL. Kids of today dont know .........sound like my Dad now.
I noticed that on a couple of the heritage locos that cab personnel had their heads sticking out of the driver’s windows , that’s quite disturbing. NR would be extremely upset if they saw this practice going on . I am presuming that the people concerned probably work on a preserved line it makes it even worse . Top video mate .
I saw a 47, 31, 73 up the lickey today !! No you didnt ,your a Fudger !!! Lol Brilliant vid, and the pic quality. Wow, just seen 4x50, 42 52 MEGA. To top that, they all needed to be running full power 😍🤩👍😎
I've been watching pretty much every thing you do'- Like 👍 it, I think that you're from Bristol/ Bath area, 1 question I'd love to knows.. Swearing Kevo'- is it the frustration of getting '"That shot?'- Soddit '- keeps it up Kevo! Haha Brilliant 👏 & alot of people don't do the proper pano'- Everything is going to behind the loco' anyway!- ps Class 50's are the best- they sound like a bag of hammers on an anvil- when powered up' then 37's/ 56s- & 24's -mmm even 35s- 55's sound like an odd 2stroker- nearly about too throw 38 cylinders.. We need MORE! .BE GOOD 👍
Love the Classic 125 Prototype 1972/1973 time when this was first Operated back then if I have my facts right, If not, Someone let us know, Great Classic Thrash in the 21st Century 🇬🇧
Did 50026 blow a head or something all rather oil down the side thats not good hate to see them out of action with all that oil down the side im surprised it didn't catch fire 😐
Brilliant film of locos from the past. Always love watching these.
