I vaulted 13'1" in HS in 1970. Oh if only I had these invert techniques to practice. Tried to figure it out on my own. but had no vault coach or fellow competitor on the team to help. I thought about it from time to time over the years. As funny as it seems I'm retired now; 60 years old, not in bad shape and am thinking of trying it again. It's my life and they can't talk me out of it. Thanks for the video. Doing the exercises carefully and slowly as possible at least I'll be getting in...

Good video but I don't see any reason to cover the box or do oT drills on the pit... You can just use short two left jumps and straight pole to invert.
