No bro!! If you have cleared medical test and declared fit then you will recieve your ISSB letter for sure because call letters are distributed upon the basis of your geographic area and when your initial test centre have submitted your profile to ISSB centres..
I also gave ISSB ( PMA LC 140) and recieved my ISSB letter very late and my batch was the last batch of ISSB …
