In simple terms. ETH represents alt coins. It doesn't matter if you hate or love ETH. If ETH doesn't pump, your shitcoins won't pump. And Ben is saying that ETH is likely gonna break down against BTC going into the end of the year. But ETH might rally starting next year.

Previous ETH ATHs: January 2018 and November 2021. If history repeats that puts new ETH ATH in September 2025. Based on previous cycles, January 2017 and December 2019 are worth looking at. That's where we are in the cycle - if history repeats. And if history repeats with the same level of return ETH goes to $17.5k. Diminishing returns could be a factor that brings that amount down. Or the dollar could collapse more. We don't know how this script plays out.

14:40 - red Q4 would be the first occurrence of 3 consecutive red quarters. unless of course september closes above 3.7k, turning Q3 green. such september would be much greener than the possible/forecasted 3-3.2k

Both eth and btc retraced after 2019 rate cuts. If you expect eth to go down, it would only happen if btc would retrace significantly

I've been waiting to invest all this time. If we assume you're right that (TOTAL3-USDT/BTC) will reach 0.25, do you think it's more likely that the BTC/USD valuation will decrease or increase?
If I recall correctly, you believe that the BTC/USD value will decrease. Perhaps you could make a video discussing how long this has typically lasted in the past?
I know you say we should use BTC as THE denominator, but it still feels a bit abstract for someone like me (a degen at heart) who has just been patient and has only been paying attention to the cryptoverse for less than one cycle.
And by the way, you shouldn't stop talking about BTC dominance in the next bear market because that advice has helped me build up over $100k in capital instead of dollar-cost averaging (or worse lump sum) into altcoins. Cheers!

I’m in the same boat. Ben says a btc heavy portfolio. I took some btc profits into cash but still have mostly btc. That cash is in case we do see lower eth prices this winter. Expecting eth to outperform btc next year. I’m chipping away at Eth from 0.04 and below

I've noticed crypto, at least the big one, loves to follow some sort of 35% move rule. It loves to correct or move in around 35% intervals. Idk what it means, it's just something I noticed.

The problem is that your comparing eth after a completed bull market and mania blow off top, to eth after a retrace and subsequent liquidation event ala COVID 2020
China is about to start pumping out billions in stimulus the same as the start of 2021, also rumours they will allow crypto

BTC without miner rewards is a dead end. Long term Bitcoin has structural problems. It won't be secure if miners have to operate at a loss. Unless governments are willing to secure BTC at a loss.

If people really want to have no risk, just buy an ETF SPX or something so you are in the market BUT in case ETH does crashes a lot you can convert your ETF into ETH. Staying all-in cash is a risk.

I just started recently to watch some of your content and I have to admit that your content is really amazing and valuable. Its really rare to see someone with a similar view on the markets and then also with a similar (degen-) approach to study charts. 😂😂 the main reason , why those pattern are so similar under somewhat same conditions is because of bots. So much trading volume is done by bots and it totally makes sense that those patterns occur in a really same manner (in terms of price AND time), because they make always the same calculations and come to the same results when they have the same variables as an input. All the best for the bullrun!

You were right about most things, including the rate cuts in Sep - you said that in May (about the rate cuts) and its coming true. I just noticed that in all the cases in the past, Eth stayed in the regression band for a few months before climbing up, it did so for a much longer period when the decline was sharp. In 2024, it looks like the decline is not going to be a sharp drop, ie it's coming down a few percentage points into the regression band, so the stay inside could be shorter. Nevertheless, there could be a few months after the drop before any significant climb. Just an observation from your charts.

I genuinely hate that your BTC valuation analysis receives more criticism than love. Although looking at the market through its BTC valuations in 2022/2023/now/the rest of my life has helped me so much, I completely understand your decision to avoid making content on it. The masses never want to hear the most responsible options in any economic climate because it isn't nearly as sexy as doggy token to the moon. Do what makes the channel reach as many people as possible while maintaining your genuine outlook and hopefully you can come back to it in the future and everyone will listen.

I always respect your analysis but you are saying in this analysis that this time is different. It's a halving year and so far bitcoin makes a run starting in the 5th month of the halving year. So that Could explain why Ethereum didn't pump until January in 2016. October was the 5th month in 2020 and late September will be the 5th month in 2024. So this year, you are saying that Ethereum will follow 2019, but not saying this time is different?
