I just wanted to share that while I do genuinely admire the effort that goes into creating a "realistic" roleplay experience (particularly in regards to the setting), I personally don't think my tingles and relaxation are affected one way or another. What is really important is the person's voice, demeanor, movements, etc. and not so much the background. For me (again, personally, everyone is different no doubt) it is all about the human connection with the ASMRtist and everything else is very secondary. The aesthetics of your videos are always soothing and pleasant, whether set in your living room or with the astral/galaxy light atmosphere you've been perfecting. Really only my insignificant thoughts here but just encouraging you to follow your instincts, play around, and decide what works best for YOU and YOUR channel.

I believe your fans and subscribers would be satisfied with any video content you produce, whether that be more realistic or not. What is important is that you do the videos you are comfortable with! I believe you do have the ability to try different type of content that maybe you are not used to with little consequence because your fans will love it regardless!

Many other asmr artists with way more subscribers like gibi and asmrglow do more scratching in their asmr „close ups“ than whispering. It's interesting to me to see what outfits others pic for sims and if they're trying to create themselves or new characters and I like the clicky sounds that come with it. :D (in sims you can turn the music off and adjust the audio so the game sounds aren't so loud themselves)
