to get chest line you have addes 1 inch but at front 1 inch was notadded. any reason.

There is no reason. That is the formula to follow. So just follow the method. Each one will have different body shape. So you make a pattern and stitch. If you want to correct to your body measurements, then just adjust in the pattern.
