This is definitely on my favorite list of indoor walking. Currently feels like -26c, which is balmy compared to the -40c of yesterday. I am dripping right now. Loved the variation of steady state and interval. No repeats ❤
Another 68 year old who loved this video. It was the perfect pace for me and boxing moves are some of my favorites. Great when it's below 20 degrees and no walking outside. Can't wait for the next one, but this on will have to go on repeat.

Due to a knee injury, I recently started doing your walking workouts as an alternative/addition to step workouts (been doing these for years), and I have loved all of them. They are enjoyable and are excellent. I was surprised to find out that a walking workout can be just as/more intense than a step workout. This one in particular was enjoyable due to the intervals knowing that something new was coming after a minute and it seemed to make the time pass quickly.

What a way to start the new year! I really liked the format, the fast pace and the music in this one. It's one of those workouts you can trick yourself into doing if you have a day with low motivation. Everything is a minute or less - and you can do almost anything for a minute. And just another minute. And just one more minute. First the 15 minutes that are steady state. And after that, it's just 55 seconds and then you get to take a break for 15 seconds! And then you finished the workout and feel great about yourself! Thank you 🤩
I agree. I just did it. And I was not in the mood but I was just telling Kat the same that the short timed bursts set expectations - and make it fun and easy.

I have to admit I was dubious of your walking videos and was sort of disappointed you haven’t been doing as many step videos, but then I had a terrible fall and broke my elbow in November and these workouts have been my savior. I strap on 4 pound weights to each leg, AND I’m able to get some good stretching/strength for my arm as I work on getting my range of motion back. I also introduced my 80 year old mom to these walking videos and she’s now a huge fan also. Thank you thank you thank you!

And I'm so glad you like these videos!!! 🙂❤️ I had to take a break from weight lifting and plyometrics due to hiatal hernia surgery, but am feeling strong again and hope to start shooting more step and strength videos.
