As someone painfully shy in real life and quiet in non text-based scenarios, my biggest tip for anyone who wants to help hardcore introverts express their feelings: be a safe space. Be honest and straightforward, and don't overreact, even if what they say catches you totally off-guard. In all, this is actually a pretty great example. XDD
Honestly, I even really like that he took the time to explain that the listener was the crush he was talking about, because my brain would find a way to be like "just because you kissed doesn't mean he likes you; here's a list of 50 reasons why".

as a person with quite heavy anxiety, if I would be dragged by a friend to a crowded college party, I would tail that friend and the second I lost sight of them I would not be seen until the next day... I would have just gotten too stressed out, and peaced-out and found my way back home.
A good way to get an introvert to notice you would be just choosing to hang out nearby when they are doing some sort of hobby... though idk if it would work as my social anxiety is so bad it makes me blind and deaf to social ques

And secondly... if I had the chance to go back and change something... I wouldn't, I dont think I would bring myself to do that, because if you think about it... your life and who you are is based on your past, whether it be an experience or a sad past.
For me, I wouldn't change anything, as terrible as my past was; from middle school to my last year of high-school (rn) I've had it bad and if given the chance to change something like ask for help when I was younger, or even ate food offered to me then I don't think I'd be who I am, maybe I'd change some comments I made on TH-cam a few years back or maybe take back some words from messages i sent... I would do that, I think I would take back some things I said to some people but that's about it...
My life was terrible... but it makes me who I am...
