If you are only going to use scissors for this haircut, point cut every section in the same sectioning method you would use with the razor. The point cutting will keep the hair softer and move more freely than cutting the sections blunt. After you point cut the shape, use a scissor like the Jatai Tokyo Thinning Scissors to soften the shape and add internal softness to mimic the razor effect.
