That’s done on purpose. Judging off how responsive his movement is, I’d say he’s playing with a linear responce curve and either 0 deadzone or 5 deadzone at max. Low deadzone is more responsive to tiny movements of the stick but it makes it so that stick is kinda always picking up subtle movements. Works great with aim assist too because aim assist responds to stick movement. If the stick is always moving, your aa is always responding.
