I played over 60 days of blackout, it was a game changer for me. I'm at like 25 days of apex, and even still I go back to blackout because it's some of my closest friends favourite br.

Different kind of skills since Fortnight takes more skill to thrive as a solo player while in Apex it's also heavily team coordination
@@footballfan5048 yeah you do got a point buh I honestly feel like even as a solo in a top tier event in Fortnite is still harder then team coordination in apex and 90% of Fortnite events is duo based so there no room for errors bc if 1 goes down you can’t 2v1 buh in apex I feel like if you lose someone you still have a higher chance 2v3 then a 2v1 and it doesn’t even rly matter abt the fighting in Fortnite if you lose 1 person you lose have you builds and it rly comes down to who has the most builds in Fortnite
I think the funniest thing about the video is them saying "hyperscape probably has 5 players now" you know a game is dead when people dont even know that the game got shut down because of how dead it was lmaoooo. I miss that game though, I had a lot of fun on it the last couple months it was up.

Agreed, they got Tetris way wrong. Should have topped out on skill gap like…cmon just look at the best Tetris players and imagine doing what they’re doing. It may not be the funnest but if we’re talking prime Tetris, it should have maxed out skill gap and almost maxed fun.

Apex from season 4 to like season 7 was probably the best BR eperience I've ever had. Fortnite comes close but Apex was the first BR to really grab my attention and make me want to work towards getting better.
season 7 was the peak apex experience. EVERYONE loved the game
realm royale was fun as fuck when it first dropped if you played w your friends
It also got revived not long ago and is pretty good again, just the player base is the one thing missing...

@@lbreindl6 sadly no game has ever really been "revived" they basically hype a game up again with a few changes and then it dies just like it did previously. From my experience every game that tried to be revived never stayed alive very long at all.

Totally accurate battlegrounds has gotta be one of the most fun battle royals I've played. And the gun skill is super hard so if you've played tarkov it's like that but worse. Lol

I played hyperscape non stop for the 2 weeks until it died. That was actually some of the most fun I’ve ever had gaming, game worker super well.
They should’ve put more content in the game, the game was fun.

I hate fortnite but fortnite 100% should be higher in skillcap than apex. Building is difficult. I'm not talking about regular ramps or 90s but to boxfight and fake your opponents out with edit is mindblowing difficult.

Fortnite has significantly higher skill ceiling than Apex, it is not even comparable. But they are obviously going to be biased towards the game they play, understandable.
What they mean is at the highest level of the game, the skill level even between pros is insane in Apex.
The top 20 best Apex teams itw are so far beyond the rest it's quite unlike other games.
But yeah Fort should probably be one higher.
It’s mainly building that’s the skill gap though.

I think tetris was done dirty, it may not be fun but there is a MAJOR skill ceiling, i’d say the highest in this list.
I think they're giving COD too much credit, the skill gap is not that high; its competetive which makes it fun but i feel it should be lower skill
I played Warzone religiously when it came out and loved it; moved to Apex and hated it but realised how big a difference skill was and came to love it and for its game physics

I agree that the skill level is very low in call of duty, but I disagree that the game is "no fun"...it's actually a really fun, and a great break from apex...as you all have seen daltoosh playing it lately.
Man, Freaking Hyperscape is on Same Skill level as Bot Warzone ? Warzone Legit has Nothing to Offer in Skill and in general As well And is the Most basic and Generic game (Since it is CoD)

I literally do not understand how warzone is so shit on for having no skill gap yet saying apex has such a high skill gap. Half the difficulty of apex is getting a full stacked team, then it's dramatically easier against people who aren't full stacked. I don't think the gun skill is that much harder than cod, it's definitely harder, but cod is laughed at for having no recoil while you get a 301 and there is no recoil. Apex just has a higher ttk which makes fights last longer, but I think the whole slide cancel movement adds so much of a skill gap, which most everyone is at in the game, so every game is a sweat fest. I can only think they are saying it takes no skill because they haven't played it since it came out, or just in forever, cause you come back to that game and it's just demon mode 24/7. Apex is more of a team game and about positioning. But warzone, one guy can literally challenge and take down a full squad even in pro tournaments.

Fortnite building is the only thing that takes skill . The game it self is not high skill only the building. Play with no building that game is actually brain dead. Played both FN and Apex at a competitive level - made Semi's in FNCS 2 seasons ago and semi's in ALGS last split - can say with 1000% confidence fortnite has a WAY higher skillcap. Not dissing apex, still a big time skill cap especially at the top of the game, but nothing like top tier fortnite players. Skillcap is through the roof.
How come ? Is it mainly because of the building skill ? How is the gunplay and the movement compared to Apex ?

@@Schmandgrab yes absolutely building and editing. But, that’s not all. Gun play absolutely more skill in Apex than Fort.. BUT movement (on controller especially) is rather easy in Apex. With tactical sprinting, sliding, and mantling now in Fort, I find it to be a higher skill gap. Lastly, its not just the mechanics are SO much harder in fort, it’s the game sense and understanding of rotations in stacked lobby endgames. Apex is great, I love it and it’s what I’m grinding now- but it doesn’t sniff Fortnite in terms of competitive skillgap.
Used to play tetris competitive, the skillcap is pretty high ngl. People can still improve although they have thousand hours on it.
