I have been drawing all my life but recently took an interest in applying my illustrations to leather tooling - really helpful video for a newbie!

You match a very high production quality with useful and valuable information . I don’t understand why you don’t have many subscribers.

tip to tell others when beveling, "Tilt the 'Toe' into the swivel cut line as you drag it towards you. Will help with keeping it along the lines you have cut". good job. keep it up

Thanks for the video! Very informative. Just wanted to say that I wish that when you showed the tools (bevelers, etc.) , that the tips were in focus when you showed them to the camera. Also, it's a pity that you were wearing a baseball cap as while you were hammering the tools, we couldn't see the technique at all.

I've read that you should strop by using the top grain side as opposed to the "flesh" side. Have you found that you get better results one way or the other?

I've used both and can't say there is a lot of difference.

There is no e on strop. It rhymes with cop and top, not cope or rope.

Nice attempt, but the camera angle is wrong for this demonstration. Your hand and mallet was obscuring the view. There are much better videos that show much more detail.
