Watch as Brian shows you how to install a Samco Sport Radiator Hose Kit on the Road Racing World and STG Project Bike! #stgprojectbike #RoadRacingWorld #teamsamco stores.sportbiketrackgear.com/Detail.bok?no=43042
I'm telling you this is the best channel for tutorials man and the fact that you guys own a cbr1000rr makes it even better because I have the 2015 abs model. Uhh baby can't wait to start throwing money on the blade.
Yes, agreed and you needed this 7 yrs ago. I feel for you. But Still looking for this install vid in 2022. Usually Brian’s videos are more than enough. We’ll cut him a break on this one. Should be hard to mess up. If it don’t align, it’s not right. Lol
Hi Brian, I hope you see this comment, I have cbr1000rr 2012 I recently noticed it's leaking coolant from the overflow pipe not all the time but usually after long rides, I couldn't find any video talking about this issue... So in case you saw my comment please let me know what the problem might be. Much appreciated
When the coolant expands as it gets hot the radiator cap will open up and allow coolant to flow into the overflow jug if the level becomes overfull in the radiator. When the system cools back down the cap will allow coolant back into the radiator as needed. If your overflow jug is fill too high coolant will flow out of the jug. If this is the case all you need to do is adjust it's level. Now if the level is not overfull you may have an overheating condition and should take the bike to a technician. - Van
Hello Brian, Can you advice what I should do, I’ve order a Samco kit for mine Honda CBR, but not orderd the clamps can I use the OEM? Thanks for the response P.S Great Video’s, greetings from Holland
The material these hoses are made from is softer than the OEM and can be damaged by the open windows in them. We suggest using the Samco clamps to avoid this issue. - Van
samco is worth it. I went the cheaper Amazon route and had faded disgusting looking hoses. I believe they were expanding and contracting a bit with the heat cycle causing small leaks at times and they took some modification to make fit.
Hello. I really want these on my 2014 CBR1000RR. I noticed you guys no longer stock the clamp kits. What are the alternatives for this? I don't want to buy the radiator kit and then use the OEM clamps and end up scouring the hoses.... Thanks!
I have seen a lot of riders use the OEM clamps on these hoses. We can order the clamps in if you need them. Shoot an email in to orders@sportbiketrackgear.com - Van
hola quisiera saber de esas lineas amarillas que son de aire hacia donde van conectadas tengo una honda cbr1000 2013 y la line de enmedio esta desconectada saludos
Hello I would like to know of those yellow lines that you have in your motorcycle are air ducts the line of middle to where it is connected I have a Honda cbr1000 of 2013 and the line of wnmedio of my motorcycle is disconnected greetings
im installing a n new radiator soon, so it will be smart spent a little more get the same brand new host you used here? and also I will put in engine ice coolant
+Kawaii Ninja It would absolutely be the easiest time to get this done. I would say if you are considering this change at all you would want to get it done when you replace the radiator! Thanks for the comment!
I have a 2008 Honda CBR 600RR. I am going to buy the Samco Sport Radiator Hose Kit for my bike. But i don't see the purpose to buy the Motion Pro overflow coolant bottle.
Man this is an old install. With any of the installs I try to remove as little as possible to get the project done. Odds are if I pulled them then they needed to come off. - Van

Honestly it is just a nice piece to have. Makes filling and flushing the system a bit more convenient.
Did you have to remove the throttle bodies to get to any awkward pipes? Or could you get to all hoses easily from each side?
