Very true, most bass I catch wether soft plastics or yo yo retrieve crankbait, or top water/ or jerkbait, they usually hit it on the pause. Great video, always KIR

That was a great evening/night of top water fishing. Couldn’t help but notice the lightning bugs/fireflies in background of ya outro. Haven’t seen those in years till last year on vacation in Hot Springs, NC. I was like a little kid lol. KIR 🤘🏻

I'm glad to see you catching some. I went to Wilson Lake on the Tennessee River last Saturday at daylight and didn't catch a single fish. Water Temps were a steady 85 degrees. I threw everything I could think of and didn't have any luck. I left the river before 11 because of the heat. 👊👍

Nice catches man! I gotta do more top water. Got a tiny largemouth bass and 7 bluegills yesterday in the community pond. Bass was smaller than a quarter lber with cheese. I called it a slider with cheese👊

Had a little vacation last week in Arkansas and man it was hot! Didn't have any luck until we went to a spill way and man the bite turned on, nephew managed to catch a 2 or 3 lb rainbow trout on a ribbon tail worm.
Bass fishing has been tough for me lately in south west florida. I think it's too hot. 2 days ago I only caught 1 fish in 4 hours but it was huge! At least 5 lbs but probably more. I didn't have a measuring stick but with its tail touching the ground the mouth was above my knee! I was yelling as I was reeling in "it's a big one! It's a huge one! It's huge!" I used a Berkley Power Bait Fluke that was blue and silver because the bass were feeding on juvenile Blue Tilapia. I can't wait to go back to that pond again! There is HUGE Tilapia in there but I have to learn to catch them.
