On the issue of the subpoena Mkhwebane appears to lack knowledge of adjectival law. The issue is procedural in nature rather than substantive. All that she needed was a court order to get the information. On the issue of the personal costs order, the Concourt is spot on this time around. The High Court is sometimes too harsh on the PP.
Shame . All the people who gave her misinformation or misled her in the reports are nowhere to be found .She is now fighting her own battles
