He’s using his false chords with a girl scream the one kids do he mixes that and shifts his tongue on the soft pallet of the mouth to make it sound so distinctive ive seen vocal coaching on them and im a vocalist myself if he were to do pure throat he would of strained his false chords harshly
I can't believe those sounds are coming out of that kid's mouth. Even aside from that, I've rarely heard a band that masters a sound that's so absolutely malevolent and heavy. I hope these guys have a long career!
