This still hurts today. My Elijah was two years old at this time. I cried for months for Elijah Marsh, his siblings, mother, father and family. I'm tearing up now. Extremely sad. 💔

I believe the father, so sad. Rest in paradise Elijah. That really sounds like the grandma lied for her daughter.

I really feel this one.. RIP young King!
Many people dont speak up enough about what some fathers go through at the hands of their baby mother.. and the fight they have to go through just to even maintain a relationship with their kids.. and to know the mother is keeping other man around your children and making them "step dad" to your child.. and even to know your child is in an unsafe environment and around different different strange people.. but because of court problem you are left helpless and can do nothing.. because you done know seh the courts will ALWAYS favor the mothers in these type of cases.
The mother and her family of this little boy is responsible for what happened to him.
Any woman can have a child.. but not every woman is a good mother.. and many of these women will use their children against their baby fathers as weapon just to spite him.
Single fathers.. dont ever stop fighting for custody of your kids! - maybe Elijah would still be alive today if he was being raised in the custody of his biological father.
Elijah you deserved better than that.. and they failed you.

Going through this now with a narcissistic baby mother and the kids grandparents. I feel the fathers pain on this one dealing with the mothers and family courts is a nightmare designed to destroy great fathers. These types of women are possessed by the Jezebel demonic spirit. That’s how those doors opened to take the lovely child’s soul. They rather this happen to the child rather than these children be safe with their loving fathers. They want the alimony and child support, they can careless about raising a great productive member of society.
Love the vids, keep up the great work

Questions must be asked. We can't NOT worry about blame because we're worried about the mother's feelings. This was. a sad case, but not an unusual one, except for the child freezing to death. The courts are awful when it comes to custody issues, and it all comes down to money because truth be told, a father generally wouldn't bring a woman to court. The courts would have less relationships to meddle in and siphon their share of child support if fathers were given custody, when it's been proven that the mother is irresponsible or unfit. I had this same issue, where I took my daughter's mom to court for access, id show up to get my child as mndqted by the courts, she would deny access by simply saying she doesn't have to do what the court says, and there were no repercussions for her, no matter how I complained. We would have a lot less of these issues if the system would 1 make DNA test mandatory cause many dudes paying for children that aren't theirs. 2 stop this generational overlapping in housing. You fall on hard times, fine, we will house you for 5 years. That is enough time for you to get yourself together and find a place and 3no housing and getting child support through the courts after the 1st child. Once is. A mistake, more than yhat is. A habit

I'll never forget this story because everyone felt this and cried for this little boy. The mother should be rotting in jail for neglect. Why is the dad even speaking; the girl is living in public housing with his two kids sharing a tiny apartment with her mother and grandmother! The kids dont even have his name! If he cared so hard the kids would have his name and he would be a full time dad and husband

    • @PardonMyPresence
      @PardonMyPresence 8 หลายเดือนก่อน +4

He was in court for YEARS trying to get access to the child he has access to the older son and the older son was with him the day Elijah went missing. The problem is the court system. Bc they broke up while Elijah was an infant the court ruled that the father should not have access to such a young child and it was best that the mother have full custody until the boy was older enough to "safely" acclimate with his father. I remember this story like it was yesterday. The system and the mother failed that boy.

The court system in Ontario is garbage I was dealing with postpartum when my kids were very little and I fought with their father for a year or so to help me with them or even take them for a weekend and he never did. at this time we didn’t have a court order because I didn’t feel that we needed one because he wasn’t even coming to see the kids, but I did end up calling children’s aid on myself because I was scared of dealing with my postpartum alone, and CAS got a hold of him, he ended up coming and getting the kids and I never saw my kids for three years after that because it took three years for me to get through the court system in order to get joint custody. RIP sweet Elijah.

This was a horribly sad story, I remember hearing this on the news and thinking about how awful it was for this little fella in his last moments. There is a lot of neglet going on in these neighbourhoods, such as 13 and 14 years olds out all hours of the night getting into trouble. This is why so many of these kids never stand a chance. Children need consistency and constuctive reliable caregivers in their lives. They depend on it and deep down that's what they want.

Hella sad, if the dads story is true thats a crazy L from his babymoms, but a redflag in his story to me was that he said with his own words that his older son had to tell the younger son “look thats your dad”, even when the man was standing right there 🤷🏽‍♂️ Kinda like he wasn’t making no effort to address the kid like a son and say “I’m your father I love you”, and the dad probably scooped the bros every weekend but the kid didn’t know him as dad till he was 3, also would explain why everyone else was saying they didn’t know he was the dad and they babysat all the time 🤦🏽‍♂️ Toronto isn’t that big, any Dad can pull up for even 30 minutes any day of the week if they actually wanted to

The child is three years old, not one, guys. Children that age are accomplishing a great deal. They are constantly engaged in activities. This is the stuff that you people undervalue. At this age they are escaping their playpens, scaling obstacles, and jumping off things, so close supervision is essential. If you are a parent, you are aware. This is a very unfortunate situation generally, however some individuals feel comfortable in their community where they feel protected and don't lock their doors. I absolutely don't do that, but I know several older people who do. I remember what happened of this incident in particular. RIP

The mother and her grandmother are wotless. Run behind man and mek har pickney dead. Neptune is a place that is haunted. There have been alot of deaths there. I can't watch this video the topic makes me cry. But I know the area and there is a super who killed himself like 35 or maybe 30years ago there. My grandmother used to see him and run him from around there. It's sounds crazy but that's what she said and she would say it 20 years before this boys death. You have to be vigilante in that area. I'm sure there are others haunting rhere too lots of deaths lots

People worry too much about feelings in kids cases, and this allows a lot of disturbing behavior…People who live for an image will do anything for that image. The nerve of some people to have kids. Why say that? Because it’s true, sick of dis shit, momma should catch a beating. kid didn’t ask to be here. If he lived he would have had a chance to find himself. These kids are guided for failure and we blame them when they don’t make the right decisions. not having his father around and being constantly placed in the care of strangers. We need to stop setting these kids up for failure and then defending our own image thinking shits sweet. Justice for the family, hope the dad gets custody of the other kid, maybe he’ll be exposed to other parts of life! And we should live by the words the next gen is the next gen.. better you then them !! These dutty people rather have their stupid little image until their inevitable death, than make damn sure their kid lives a fulfilling life… Ian had nobody around everything I known is from experience and my own personal life / neighbouring experiences. The mother was scared because she let her child die. She allowed him to die, and she didn’t give a fuck when she was doing her own personal shit, so why care now? Because something happened? How many times is things gonna happen until that shit isn’t even debatable anymore, some people grown babies and honestly life in jail doesn’t seem to bad when this the only experience you have with people. Quality of life is shit, and it’s because of them people. Maybe more people would value themselves and blame their issues on themselves if they had something to look forward to! Maybe, idk. Maybe these kids are at fault and “they’re just kids they do anything,” smh these people will say anything and you’ll believe them because they’re directly related to the victim. If you don’t know the fact then shut up, imma speak strong because I donot care how hard people lives are lol make the right choices or start you’re grown, and if you can’t because life shitted on you den maybe don’t have kids if you not gonna be able to take care of em… if you think you can take care of em take a long look at yourself and tell me if you can even feel shame, these babies don’t deserve this world and they get exposed to bulkshit like this everyday, how old was his brother having to speak on his dead lil bro? He’s young, it’s gonna impact him for the rest of his life, and guarantee people are gonna make it harder, life Alr got challenges, why bring more obstacles within the household? Is that to complex to understand? And if it is, then look at your own problems and tell me if life doesn’t hand you shit once a while. Disgusting she let her child die, and that’s the end of it. Will never come to light because they don’t want it to! After all they’re the “family of the victim” so they’re victims too right?
