Honestly this confirms that Arthur is either caged mentally or overwhelmed by chaos for me. The whole “give up your humanity” or “become more than human” honestly contradicts to the whole belief of a human kingdom, even that one ex member of Liones makes more sense than this in terms of those beliefs. It especially does not help that ultimately Arthur took the initiative to set up this war
It’s an idea where his elite are basically emotionless weapons for him to use to protect humanity just like what he did with the revived commandments.
And Arthur had to give up his humanity to get better mastery of his power and steel his conviction to oppose his enemies/old friends and follow through

Actually I just remembered, chaos ultimately chose humanity, because of their nature as a whole, by sacrificing it, they essentially reverted into chaos creatures. Kinda like cath where they are more or less impulsive instincts

I think the perils will need a power up to be able to keep up with the apocalypse because so far the knights have surpassed the perils and also i knew that worldaine wasn’t gonna die because it was too early as she was just introduced and killing off a peril so early and i thought she would be alive but maybe have lost an arm or so and have a prosthetics arm or some other way
Maybe Arthur used this on himself following the supreme deity attack. Feeling powerless at stopping other species might he needed to use the chaos magic more effectively

The only one I feel and for is Pellegrade. Maybe the Life spirit of Percival and return the human side of him. Ironside determination already made him cold and selfish, so now he needs to face the consequences of his actions. What better way, then to give up the last piece of redeeming quality in him

I think Arthur is unknowingly controlled by Chaos and Chaos's desire to destroy other races except humans wants to see humans as a single race, so the demon clan, goddess clan, fairy clan and giant clans he made before humans were all experiments to make the perfect clan, now they are perfect. Since he made the clan, that is, people, he wants to eliminate all of his other unsuccessful experiments and establish a world only for his perfect experiments. He uses Arthur for this purpose, that is, Chaos puts bad thoughts in Arthur's mind and makes him hate other clans and uses him only as a tool. But I think Arthur will realize his situation and help him break free from Chaos' control and defeat him.
Probably the Four Knights will give Arthur a beating so hard that the Chaos inside Arthur will go away from his body and
"4 knights vs Chaos/ with Cath itself" will be the final battle. So much for Merlin's fault to start all of this.

I'm so glad that Ironside learned Percival death because I am petty meaning his brother in law died for nothing and now the threat of Camelot is back on so yeah I'm happy because Ironside sucks. Also Pellegarde had a good run but his fate is sealed, he have now lost everything and I don't believe he will get a happy ending. Hopefully he does.

@TheGreekWeeb this is something i was thinking about for a long time, i think we will get a chapter were they find the real merlin and she will tell the whole backstory of what happend to arthur.
We already know what happened to Arthur which he has gave up his Humanity in order to stick to his convictions and ideals to actually go through with what he's doing to Britannia and to fight his former friends.
I'm going to be honestly I think this is interesting, and I believe the evil side of Chaos probably took control of Arthur since he said his human said was coming through so I think Arthur lost control of his powers at some point and fell maybe even something with Cathe since he was clearly evil and wanted to bring ruin and maybe his consumption of Cathe caused a seed of evil to truly sprout in Arthur since he wasn't like this in the movies they did for the 4 knights

I need to know more about Merlin! Merlin’s turn at the end of 7DS was a surprise to me. Especially since by that time we already knew about 4KOTA and Arthur being the villain of this manga.
I need to know why she continued to side with Arthur. As I do understand that she wanted to end the age of the Gods using Meliodas. But is she going to be a full-on villain that the Percival and crew have to take on at some point like Nanashi? Or is she going to betray Arthur and be apart of the 7 deadly sins that seem to be dead in that prophecy.
For a Merlin stan, I have too many questions.

@@devinkleinsmith5026 I mean we technically don’t know if she has LEFT him. The Merlin at the beginning of the series could have been the real one, since she speaks to him. But yes the part with Guinevere and learning that the Merlin we saw then was a fairy that looked like Merlin thanks to the power of Chaos does lead to some thinking that she has left Arthur’s side. However I think he’s done something to her to increase her loyalty to him or sent her on some mission that we need to know about.
Merlin was my girl in 7DS (I always root for the condescending female character), so I have to know what’s going on now that we are in the timeskip era.
Now I get why Meliodas said: "I'm gonna slap you back to your senses" This is what they get for letting the kid eat that frickin ass cat rather than putting a point blank period on it.
Notice how there is no mention of having Tristan as a Camelot's Prisoner.

hmmm this still dosen't make sense to me as to how this powerup puts the 4 perils on sin level...If the 4 perils are all reletive to each other, then they all get clapped. King, with his powers back oneshotted worreldane..and on top of that, she probably would have lost to Percival even if King didn't intervene. So, to my understanding, the only threat is still Arthur. Now, if he could give this Majin like powerup to someone already somewhat close to sin level, then now we're talking, problem is does such a character exist?

Yes but king is prolly the 3 strongest sin or maybe equal to merlin but she has not been seen so that makes king 3rd strongest sin and there are diane and gowther who are not on the same level as meliodas, ban, king or merlin so perils are gonna be a big problem for gowther and diane. I think for diane and gowther to win against like perils are to team up and create an strategy since gowther has prolly the best hax ability and can do like some spell against them and diane do some brute strength so a team up would be the best solution for gowther and diane to have a better chance against like 2 perils. I still think the 4 perils are some kind of threat to rest of the sins since they have become very strong and considered sin level so that tells us something that they now posess a threat to sins. For some sins more and some sins less but still a threat. It is like the same as Arthur considers sins a threat for him even tho arthur is stronger since he has chaos which created everything. I just hope none of the sins die like ban, king. meliodas, diane or merlin i do not care too much abt gowther.
I wonder if Jericho is going to get this treatment because she's the only other relevant knight besides arthur and the four perils.

Eh by the end Percival is probably to old to be adopted, especially if what Guinevere says there will be multiple years
Zeldris and Gelda are his adoptive parents not Pellagarde which means it makes sense that he should stay with them.

i think the Sins are making a much bigger mistake then anybody from Camelot . i don’t think there taking the force of Camelot as serious as they should . in 7DS they didn’t wait on nothing if they heard of any problem they’ll literally just start walking to another country to get it done 🤦🏽♂️ they should be focusing on taking out Arthur’s knights while they can to help the next Generation . they know what war does to the world & should be the biggest advocates against it

@@TheGreekWeebI mean isn’t chaos a outside force to since it was put inside his body by someone else just like the demon king was with meliodas and zeldris and technically meliodas willing gave up his body to the demon king by purposely absorbing all the 10 commandments in his body he just didn’t know at the time that the demon king would take over if he did Zeldris on the other hand had the 10 commandments forcefully put in his body by Cusack which is similar if you ask me to Merlin putting chaos in Arthur’s body without his consent and as of right now we still don’t know if Arthur willingly gave up his humanity after getting chaos or his “human self” was overridden and taken over by chaos like the demon king did with meliodas and zeldri because if you ask me we have enough signs so far to say that it looks like Arthur is being influenced or controlled by chaos and his original human self is being locked away somewhere in his mind like meliodas and zeldris were when the demon king took over

Escanor May have been a human, But it's clear that he was the most powerful and experienced user of Sunshine To the point where he could rival even the Demon King... Not a fan of escanor never have, he doesn't rival the demon king either, I read the entire manga, he needed to sacrifice his soul just to keep up with the others ot with meliodas atleast in my opinion, it's his pride that made the readers think he is powerful but his bruises and bleeds doesn't fool me. But overall, yeah Escanor is a better human warrior than Arthur in everything

No. She is actually much more powerful than depicted. She probably has the highest defense out of all the defense aside from King's pollen garden shield which is literally impenetrable. But Diane, is pretty powerful if you watch the previous seven deadly sins season and she managed to hurt the demon king when on extreme emotions. She had to hold back in my opinion, coz her powers is somewhat of an AOE, where it might destroy the fairy realm and even harm her children as bystanders
Gowther is the weakest of the sins.
