did exactly what the video did from sautéing down the herbs, veggies and tomato instead of mustard oil i used coconut oil, to using all five spices to the exact amount. Used chicken stock instead of water to cook it down and served it on a bed of Jazmin rice. Easy and ridiculously delicious, maybe next time ill reduce some of the chili powder and green chili for the mild at heart. Thank you simple&easy!
