    I haven't seen your video. But certainly if you use the same markers all the time, as in CODIS, the probabilities are correct. However if you are allowed to cherrypick which markers to use, with prior knowledge of whether the suspect has these markers, the test is false - you could be leaving out markers that would clear the suspect. After the Idaho 4 murders in November 2022, it took me many many months to notice that every human shares tens of thousands of SNP markers with the person whose dna is on the sheath.
