As a UGA alum and devoted Dawg fan, I was obviously thrilled we won back to back nattys!! The Dawgs hit on every single solitary cylinder possible! Going into this game, especially after squeaking by Ohio State, I didn't take anything for granted as far as playing TCU. I was just stunned, however, at TCU's inability to stop us on any level. It seemed like they were just so head space rattled, from the start. I really felt bad for them, to have to continue getting so beat up, on a national stage. Anyway, GOOOOOO DAWGS!!!!!
And all those Michigan Fans could learn from what UGA did... Sure they beat Ohio State but Ohio State did not play even close to an A Game against Michigan like OSU played against Georgia! Game got so nasty our 4th string 18 year old true freshman RB (Robinson #22) got pulled because he was gashing them up for 2 tds. Our 5th string RB played for some time and was gashing them, so by the end we had dudes not even listed on the depth chart running in the National Title. #20 Clark is a walk on who got 5 of his career 16 carries in that game and 44 of his career 100 yards.... our 0 star walk on with only 11 carries in 3 years was gashing them up. It was unreal.

I live in Fort Worth. My FB timeline was flooded with a bunch “tcu fans” who have never posted about the toads before. Literally after mid 1st quarter Silence. Duggen is a gamer but I always felt he was maybe the 5th best qb in the B12. Michigan is a big slow team. Couple that with turnovers. That’s how tcu beat them. The top half of the b12 can beat the top half of the b10. Ohio being the outlier based on talent. Michigan doesn’t win big games.

Anybody who doesn't know Kirby Smart better realize he's one of those old school shake your facemask n call you every name in the book coaches while you're running stairs or wind sprints...AFTER a more physical than usual practice. But he's also the teacher and tell you he loves and believes in you type too. OSU scared us. They could have easily won. We weren't ready for their speed or CJ's mobility. But after that week of practice, it made the game seem easy to em. That's one of the goals

I don't think TCU was that bad, just think they got stage fright in a big game and played a really bad game. They told themselves it wouldn't happen and they were prepared for it, but you never know until you actually get there how you'll respond. Teams do this all the time to play field position and have won from that differential! No, you are wrong.. it does not send that message... It means you are being a smart coach, but I take it you just want to sound all high and mighty and don't really know the metrics of football and the percentages or why at only a 10 point deficit you would never take that risk with 6 yards to go against a solid defense... you just don't do it. If it was 4th and 3 or less that is a different story... You might take the chance. At 4'th and 6th the defense expect you to try and make them jump offsides, or they know you pretty much have to pass when you stop runs consistently of more than 5 yards week in and week out! A smart coach knows what the Georgia Defense does against the Run! Look up the stats... best Run defense in the country and if they know you have to pass then they are well prepared to bring pressure.... So now let's say they go for it, TCU gets a Sack and Georgia has a Short Field.... Not good Chances at this point... but I assume you have never really coached or played football! This is why they need to extend the playoff to 8-10 teams instead of 4. That’ll separate the men from the boys.
