135s are a great starter. mine starts first turn of the key no matter how cold it is or how many months its been standing. I have a folding bale spike, 3 point linkage pallet forks and zig zag harrows so far.
My 135 is much the same condition as yours , this spring i changed the battery for a Hankook , always starts 1st time if there is some battery life . I use it on a transport box and a small liw trailer i modified to accommodate a petrol powered log splitter instead of using the hydraulics. Great little tractors i have to remind myself to top up the diesel.
Love the beautiful 135. You could add the MF100 front end loader, many more options for use. My 1969’ MF135 has pallet forks on the front to move logs and other heavy things. Small, powerful tractor is very useful.
We have a 135 at home with original can We used to use a bale spike, scrapper, vicon small Fert spinner, transport box etc Currently is attached to an old saw bench We love our 135 but need some TLC Love JD 30 series currently using a 6430 premium which I purchased in 2011 would buy a low hours 6930 and of course we still run a ford 7740 😊
Well, John Deere certainly didn't change the design to be able to charge more on maintenance repairs at dealerships.. you know, because they actually care about the farmers that buy them and all that.
Wonderful tractor Olly. One of my all time favs. Definitely get a transport box - have you seen the Ritchie ones? More heavy duty than the Fleming ones
Have you considered getting a small sprayer for the 135 it would be perfect for spraying off ragwort. That Massey could handle a 5ft topper easily aswell I have used a 6ft topper on a fergie TED20 but it was a bit heavy.
Great to see the 135 out. I'd say get a return pipe fitted and get a power transport box & a log splitter. Even good to see a finger bar mower or something vintage on it. When did you sell the mf65?
My John Deere at work just 3 battery now. 1 just been talking off it had expired. Gen John Deere Battery. I got say be happy when we get a way from John Deere. Week before that it was big cooler pipe . Wot next week
You would often wonder how john deere are classed a premium brand plus why don't u just buy a decent brand off battery and sell that dose off r series and buy a case
Poor quality battery that, if it cannot last ten years and no way would I buy another JD batter because it will fail all to soon too. The Yuasa "Silver" battery on my 2001 Jaguar XJ V8 has finally given up on full charge ability after twenty years, I know this because of the manufacturing date on the battery.
Learned to drive on a 135,absolutely love them.
A transport box would be ideal,a 5 foot flail mower or maybe a small sprayer
Love the 135

Nice to see it's back!
Your Massey is gorgeous!

Petrol log splitters a good idea, will look for a hankook battery thanks

Nice selection of tractors, those 6430’s are a nice machine
Love the intro music Olly!!!❤
My 135 runs a power washer from the PTO very handy
I think the intros are fine bud. Really adds value to the production.
A great wee tractor.
Love the 135 Olly great to have a classic tractor video, we use a transport box on are one all the time so handy!!

Belle vidéo Olly's Farm 👍🚜🚨
Looks great
You should get a small chipper or a set of pallet forks
The 154 amp would have worked fine Olly, it's the standard battery in the JD's, the 174 amp is an optional choice.
You already got that small fertiliser spreader for doing your turnip seeds
Yes 135 could put the SFI flower mixes on
Thanks

Can’t say I have, will have a look just for moving firewood mainly

You could get a pto driven log splitter
Can we see more videos of your 135 please 🚜🙂

When did you sell the mf65?
Get a category 2 top link for it as a category 1 top link was too short on my 135
William
Could you imagine drop that on your foot that would hurt a lot
Olly the intros are too long and seem to get longer every time
Thats the best part of the videos 😂😂
what are you a master of, whinging?
Get a new cab for it Ollie
There’s the original cab in the shed, it could be shot blast and repaired
Why wait for a battery, you could have got one next day from Kramp or your local commercial supplier
6 foot B&B impliments flail mower
