1... This exact aluminum fan shroud here... (it comes and goes on Amazon, but you can use its part number to find it on other websites as well)...

6... This super beefy 80-amp relay, has 10-gauge input and outputs too to match things...

      8. This digital tempature controller, for controlling the whole setup digitally for any tempature you desire, for both the on and the off tempature set points... (Don't let that price fool you either, these controllers have NEVER let me down once in nearly 7+ years now of using them)

Some things I won't provide links to, because it don't really make sense to since it's not stuff you can buy individually, and is stuff I have on hand myself at all times
      (1) diode for the ac compressor trigger input side of things...
      (1) 6.6ft long 3-pin waterproof extension cable with plug and play ends (made for the leds I use all the time, but I use it for the control signal wires for the digital tempature controllers tempature sensor 2-wires, and the fan relay trigger + wire)
Some High-Tempature TESA tape to wrap/protect the wires, braided wire-loom (if needed), couple of adheasive-line heat-shrink butt connectors, and various other tiny odds and ends needed that doesn't make sense to send links for of course since it's all just nit-picky small installation accessories pretty much at this point...

How long does the fan have to run from 198 to cool to 188. I have the flex a lite 180 fan 15 inch 3300 cfm fan and it does fairly well. I’m curious how your spal fan being a 16” but only pulling about 2100 cfm does.

I went back and reviewed my original video on my phone to see how long it too... It kicked on at 198 and kicked off at 188 in 65 seconds flat... Let me go view it again to see how long it took for the 210 fail-safe switch to cool it down from 216 down to its 195 degree cut-off point, that'll be a even better show of how well it draws the heat out, hold on...

1 minute and 40 seconds to cool it down from 216 (ON) to 195 degrees (OFF) via the fail-safe tempature switch method with the digital controller turned off

Just checked the video later on after letting it all get heat-soaked better from that 216 degree test, right after it kicked off at 195, I turned the digital controller back on to turn on at 198 again. And it continued to cool it from the more heat-soaked engine from the previous test, 198 back down to the 188 point in exactly 2 minutes flat

@@JacobEcret Idk yet, got to replace my oil sending unit thats leaking oil before I can drive it much to test it...
I did this same setup on my brother's 1997 ZJ with the 4.0 though and got to do PLENTY of real world testing this week under heavy-load and pulling mountains conditions in 95 degree weather this week while we went camping... Hottest the Jeep ever got was 219 pulling my camper up a steep mountain for a few miles, with the AC on full-blast too, LOL...
rest of the time, the engine ran at 198-205 degrees the whole time pretty much. This same fan setup I did definitely seems to be a winner! Even idling in the local town up there in traffic and parking lots, it never even flinched above like 194 degrees driving around town and idling a lot, in 95 degree heat and SUPER humid!
