Man, Session is just so insanely fun even to me, who Meter skated a day in his life. Something about just getting to a Spot and skaten it is such a good feeling. Only thing I hate is that I still ain't that good at filming (or doing actually cool tricks), but I'll learn both eventually
I don’t think you can really compare Session to any of the Skate games. Skate at it’s core is an arcade style experience while Session heavily leans into the realistic simulation gameplay that makes it challenging much like IRL skateboarding. The controls and gameplay are drastically different so I wouldn’t go into Session expecting a Skate experience. However if you want something different and more challenging then Session is a great choice but I’d consider getting Skater XL if you want something closer to the Skate franchise, tho even that is a steep learning curve!
yo piegion why does my game crash with those same vans :( i deleted all mods to test and it always crashes when i add shoes sometimes pants , but theyre new mods and other people have no problems with them
Link in the description to Spee’s discord which has loads of clothing. Any other mods are only in the usual discord but yeah it has slowed down a lot sadly!
I usually keep it running, but I don't think it's necessary. I'd check if any of the mods you have installed are causing the crash, there could be conflicts!
Man I'm gonna cry, I got the game and can't 360 flip with manual catch for nothing. I feel so stupid since I like challenging stuff but when I just don't understand what I'm supposed to do I lose faith in myself lmao HALP
Catch w the front foot first and it’s easier if you practice off some steps or down something that gives you more time to get your board where it needs to be
Yea and this is a lame attempt at what a SIM should be. The control input is way too slow to do even a fraction of flatland and technical flip tricks. The game can't even keep up with how many times you or the board rotates. Try any 360 flip tricks while spinning and most of the time, it doesn't register. The only crap they've added are trash areas to share and bs cosmetics that don't matter.

I think one the most underated maps of the session is undeground parking lot. Need of a revival the fun for this map.

Did you tweak your gravity settings a bit? The gameplay looks more floaty kinda like vanilla SXL
gravity is currently at 7, so a bit floatier than the usual 10. not sure why i made the switch but it’s fun!
