OH YAY! I just recently purchased the full set of Honolulu markers and the bamboo storage units. I was so excited to watch this video on how you organized your markers. I love the workbook, so I ordered it. Thank you for making this wonderful workbook. A little info on the bamboo storage units for your audience, they are wonderful. Besides my Ohuhu markers, (7 per slot) Copics store beautifully in there. You can get 9 Copics (tilted on their sides) in each slot. 10 TooliArt pens per slot. 8 Ohuhu acrylic markers in each slot, 10 Ohuhu glitter markers, 7 Spectrum Noir sparkle markers, 10 Micron 05 fine liners in each slot, 8 Sharpie fine points per slot, 9 Koi coloring brush pens per slot, 8 Pental Dual metallic bruch markers, 6 POSCA 0.7MM 4.50" LONG per slot, 9 Pentel sparkle gel pens per slot, 6 wink of stella brush II per slot, and 8 Super golden metallic markers per slot. Hope this was helpful.
I haven’t watched the video yet but I’m super excited to see it. There are no other in depth ohuhu marker videos (that I have found). I’m in awe of the amount of time and effort that has gone into the color order for these markers. Now more info in this video? Do you folks ever sleep?! 😂😂😂 Thanks again (In advance 🤪) for making these videos!
to organize your markers in even a cheaper way is just to use the bag they come in. place some stockpaper or other thicker paper in between the rows of markers. That way you only have to worry about the rows. and you can keep al the markers neat in the bag and store it away if you want to.
This was fun and very informative. You guys did so much work on these color combination charts!! I have my Prisma chart books and love them. Thank you for all that went into this!! Gizmo says hi to sweet Rose!!
This video finally helped me understand the purpose of the books. I've been watching for a tiny bit, different videos. So, thank you for continuing to explain this!
I just received my workbook and am happily filling in all the colors. I will be so excited to have the completed workbook in my coloring toolbox so thank you so much Coloring Bliss for such a wonderful product! ❤
Wow, crazy amount of work you put in making this book. Kudos to you. OHUHU should give you everything they make in the future for free as well as early to test. This book is going to make tons of sales for them!
I love the mother color for the flowers. I lean toward the purples more because it's my favorite color. This is gorgeous!! I am barely starting to learn how to color and I hope someday I will be able to color like this.
🩷 how your page turned out and yes those warm tones you used definitely look like they are popping off the page. Definitely a very valuable resource to have when picking color schemes on our coloring pages for sure!!!
Jennifer this is a lot of work! Lately I've been coloring Japan manga/anime for the first time which uses very different color schemes to traditional western color so I'm not sure how I think of your art but I do appreciate how much work has gone into it ❤
I just received my tri-tone book and filled it all in. WOW!! It is going to be so incredibly helpful when I use my markers! Thank you both for taking the time to create this amazing reference, I know I will be using it all the time. I highly recommend it to anybody who has the full set and loves to use their ohuhu markers! it is definitely going to take the ‘guess work’ out of choosing colors for blending!
It is an unusual color plate for me but I love it. The flowers just jump off the page, and the blue border is just perfect. I ordered a color scheme selector and can't wait to receive it. Thank you for all your great lessons. Your anbd Steve are the best!
I used this video to work with my full compliment of Black Widow pencils. Your video was an excellent companion to the coloring pages, as there is a LOT of information there. Now that I have the foundation done, I can't wait to apply it to my next coloring adventure.
It turned out BEAUTIFULLY!! Thanks for the hole punch link! I need one of those and thank you for using that Fisk Circle cutter. I have one, but could never get it to work. Seeing you use it REALLY HELPS! Thanks you
This video was really inspiring, all the work you and Steve (and Rose) did was awesome. Glad Rose is feeling better. This inspired me to sign up as a member. Now to save for the markers.
The Tri-tone Workbook for the Ohuhu alcohol markers is an amazing resource. I struggle to find color combinations that blend well, so this workbook will be incredibly helpful. I own an old small set of Ohuhu markers, and I'm considering investing in the 320 set. Your videos reviewing these markers have been enjoyable to watch and informative. Thank you!
Those swatch charts were in my pack when I bought them. It took me hours to just color them in. So writing names too. Whew. Glad they gave it to me. But you got a much nicer book than I did.
Hi Jennifer and Steve thank you for all your hard work.. I wish I could afford to get the books but buying in Aussie dollars is just so expensive.. my dream is to own the 320 Ohuhu markers.. with my medical bills it’s hard to buy the set I’m hoping one day my dream will come true.. thank you for the wonderful video too ❤❤❤😊😊😊😊xxxx
Thank you for this wonderful, instructional video. I've used the general color picking tool but haven't used it much. Now that I have a better understanding of how to use it, I'm excited to get back to color picking again.
Thank you so much for this video! I have finally finished my book and color wheels. Thank you Steve for answering my questions so quickly throughout this process. I have just discovered some interesting information . When I started this journey I had purchased the Ohuhu 320 set from Amazon not realizing there were different sets. I ordered my books, the Prisma colored pencil and this book. When I received my books I realized I had a problem. Emailed Steve and then had to decide either to buy the correct set Honolulu from Ohuhu or not be able to use my book. I filled out the Prisma colored pencil book and saw how helpful and how much I learned that I decided I would bite the bullet and purchase the correct set. Meanwhile my friend had purchased the skin tone set . Comparing her swatch charts and my two original swatch charts, I discovered that the skin tone set are the same ones in my amazon set. I am in the process of trying to see if the pastel sets are included in either the Amazon or Honolulu set. the picture in the complimentary booklet that came with my Honolulu set is very hard to read. but I think some of them are included in the Honolulu set. Do you know if this is true? Thank you for all you do.
Color! So much color! I love it all ... I love colour charts. I have a few alcohol ink I I colour sets, I am using them to colour fabric. I am addicted to color ... Thank you so much for your hard work to put all these things together.
Oh wow! I’m new here but not new to alcohol marker coloring! I am e cite to try these markers as I have decided to no longer refill my current markers . That book looks amazing
There is a lot of work happening here. It all came together when I saw how easy you made it to choose your colours for a balanced look. However, my mind imploded somewhat LOL so I need to watch it all again to inwardly digest more. I purchased and completed your prisma colour swatch books and it all made perfect sense to me at the time, but my mind is not so young these days. I already own a set of 120 Ohuhu markers, but do not know if these are similar colours to the Honolulu and whether there are other sets to complete to 320 (and which sets these are.) So much to think about. I really like the bamboo shelves. I too already have the plastic trays, but will check out the Ohuhu bamboo ones which hold more and seem to be less expensive. Thanks Jennifer, Steve and Rose for your great, informative videos.
Hi Jennifer. I do appreciate all this work you have done. And I am definitely interested in getting this ohuhu color combination book. What I'm not understanding about your process is how do you avoid color combinations that don't go together, for example brown and purple? It looks like you are organizing in a more methodical way than systematic or another word by color coordination. The suggestion to have a mother color is just excellent.
❤🎉Ohuhu, in so excited to hear abs learn more. Love a colored pencil using on fabric is fun but time intensive to say the least..trying to get a color with minimal pallet is so frustrating. I only have the smallest 😢 tin of intense. Lol it's no conducive to getting a project done in a time effective manor. I've been a lil out of the loop the last few weeks waiting in very intensive surgery. Thusly disconnected from socials for the most part. Again really excited you popped up today and a always your ABSOLUTE PHENOMENAL INTENSIVE KNOWLEDGE.. THANK YOU ❤
you did an incredible amount of work organizing those markers and on this video, it was very informative and helpful! may I add one tip? I downloaded and colored the color wheels you offered years ago, I laminated them as suggested [a must!] but I also found using hole protectors on both sides of the center points very helpful in extending their longevity and will do so again when I buy another one of these books, [the first one I bought was for my Prismacolors, but due to arthritis, I had to give up coloring with pencils and so switched to alcohol markers which are much easier on my hand] I lucked out on eBay and found an entire set of the original Spectrum Noirs for $100.00, so including the storage trays and the instructional DVDs which I am highly tempted to do, as I'll need to do another book for the markers, thanks guys
😮 such a wonderful video. Thank you. Do I need the entire 300 and some odd set for these three color combinations? I have The pastels and the 216 Marker set. P.s for the book as well
Wonderful video Jennifer & Steve! Thank you. Jennifer, where did you get your Uni-Ball signo blue pen? I could only find the retractable ones... Thanks. By the way, I ordered the Ohuhu Tri-Tone Book, excited to finally get my markers into order!
Jennifer and Steve, I am so glad you did the Tri-Tones in the Ohuhus! I will try to get the book when my budget allows. Question: I have the Honolulu B 216 set. What exact listings to I need to purchase from them to complete the entire collection...every last color without duplicates? Thanks so much! I would love to win a giveaway of some kind!❤ Oh, Jennifer- I just remembered that if you use alcohol and wipe the area first then your sticker will adhere better! I like those numbers!
I love everything you did with putting this system together. to get the true complete set that Ohuhu currently has you have to get the skin tone set, the pastel blossoming set (for 2 pastels), and the gray tone set(for 1 gray). unfortunately, they currently don't have those colors open stock.
that is disappointing, but thanks for the info! I don't care about the pastels [I rarely use them except for coloring certain very specific things, like little girl's Easter dresses, for instance. but I love what using grays can do for shadows and changing other colors]
@24get24give i currently have all the Honolulu except the 3 you cant get from the 320 and skin tone. Im missing E020 R090 and YG100. i feel with what i have im not missing those 3 colors
Hi Jennifer! I loved the video, thanks a lot for the effort! I just bought the 216 set with the 36 skin tones and the 36 gray tones... I know I'll have overlap markers, but those colors i don't mind as I will use them frequently :) I have a question... does the tri-tone book work with smaller sets? I mean, mine is not small, but I couldn't find the 104 set with brush/chisel xD I'm waiting for them to be restocked here in my country :)
I got a little confused in this, why did you choose the mid-tone yellow for the yellow-orange? maybe it was the screen, but I didn't see much orange in it anyone else?
Jennifer and Steve, do you by chance have a file with your Color Order Number with the Ohuhu Code and Color Name? Like you, I sorted my 320-set into your order. Now, if I need to find a color by its code or name, it’s really hard. It’d be fantastic if it were sorted by the Ohuhu code. Thanks for all you do! 😊
Jennifer, you need a large room to turn into your craft room! You and Steve work so hard for all of us, so you deserve a large work area to make your own! 😁💕

I'm older and I would buy them to have as something different to use. I enjoy having options.
Great explanation of the color picker books and the coloring turned out great!. Thanks so much!
Hi Jennifer and Steve thank you for all your hard work.. Very pretty. I need to get my pages completed.yes. they do feel like setting on the leaves. Really do like this.
I LOVE IT! Jennifer, This was a beautiful demonstration. Thank you.

You are phenomenal

Can you post a link for the trays you have for markers?
Thanks
Jennifer and Steve, I am so glad you did the Tri-Tones in the Ohuhus!
I will try to get the book when my budget allows.

Good afternoon Jennifer!
Doh! I forgot to put in some extra footage we took. I’ll have to do that and then re-upload the video. Sorry.

Jennifer I have been gifted a set of the ohuhu dual tip water colored markers. Do u have a video on theses?
I would be interested in knowing this too.
Ihave never used markers but would love to try them , I hope to win them!!!
Will your book work for the Ohuhu Honolulu B collection?
Im glad to see their is empty space so that the extra 25 colours can be added so thet the full 345 colours can be in the one book.
Hello, from Montreal!
Did it come in a book like that and what kind of paper? Also if you printed it at home what kind of paper did you print it on?
Hi Jennifer! I loved the video, thanks a lot for the effort! I just bought the 216 set with the 36 skin tones and the 36 gray tones... I know I'll have overlap markers, but those colors i don't mind as I will use them frequently :) I have a question... does the tri-tone book work with smaller sets? I mean, mine is not small, but I couldn't find the 104 set with brush/chisel xD I'm waiting for them to be restocked here in my country :)
Can I use this tri tone book for 160 Ohuhu markers
Does the book work for the other ohuhu 320 set? It’s called Ohuhu Oahu 320 Colors
Hi, I need this. I want this! How can I just purchase this booklet. I only want this. 😢 Thank you❤
On the coloring bliss academy website
I have a large set of these markers, not used lot yet. Unfortunately, I went to use them recently and most had dried up. Help
Could we use this tri tone book for Copics? Looking for help to pick out the tri colors for the copics…. I don’t have all of them, but a lot. 😂❤
I got a little confused in this, why did you choose the mid-tone yellow for the yellow-orange? maybe it was the screen, but I didn't see much orange in it anyone else?
Who was the other artist on youtube that you copied the idea from with regard to cutting the swatch sheet up?
Jennifer and Steve, do you by chance have a file with your Color Order Number with the Ohuhu Code and Color Name?
Like you, I sorted my 320-set into your order. Now, if I need to find a color by its code or name, it’s really hard. It’d be fantastic if it were sorted by the Ohuhu code.
Thanks for all you do! 😊
Are you guys located in Utah?
💜💜💜tfs💜💜💜
So are you using just 36markers? How do I use the other markers? What am I missing? Thank you💜
I want to know that too!
There is one I ran across that wanted me to contact me with cash app name. I didn't do it. Just reported it to Facebook!
Jennifer, you need a large room to turn into your craft room! You and Steve work so hard for all of us, so you deserve a large work area to make your own! 😁💕
