So I grabbed a decant of Alexandria II since I've been curious about Xerjoff. The first time I wore it, I found it to smell rather banal and not as alluring as I'd hoped. On second wearing, I developed a bit more interest, but there's still something a bit bland and boring about it to me. It's an easy everyday wear fragrance, but lacks the kind of spectacular appeal that I would expect from the price tag. I don't dislike it, but I'm not necessarily compelled to own it.
Love this review and agree with your guy that fragrance is worn for one's benefit, not others'. Gorgeous as always, Sam and your boyfriend's torso is fetching.
Really enjoyed this content guys and although i have just a couple in this "review" in my collection i have sampled several in your line up and his tastes in fragrances do seem to line up perfectly with mine 😊. Montaboco is one of my desert island fragrances as well as Diaghilev. They are just captivating! I kept waiting for something from Penhaligon to show up and just when i was ready to be disappointed BAM! there it was lol....
Indeed Diaghilev is royalty, baroque and smells very opulent and expensive. I loooove it and everything big Roja fragrance. Mr Torso is indeed a manly man. Didn't think you'd choose any other type. Lol
A wonderful selection for cooler climates, like the UK. However, if you were to live in hot and humid climate, like Miami or Bangkok for example, you'd need some Freshies in your daily used perfumes. In high heat and extremely humid places you need a bit of Eau Sauvage, Neroli Portofino Forte, Regio etc.

I was watching this video and thought your boyfriend might really enjoy Rogue Perfumery. This House has that 80’s old school vibe, but modernised, so well done. I don’t know if you can get your hands on it. I highly recommend Chypre-Siam and Mousse Illuminee. If he is into Chypre, this would be the BEST on the market. Penny for thoughts. Does Alexandra II lend more masculine? Or does III lend more feminine?

My World of Fragrance I don’t really know how the UK Gents from, “Wafts From The Lofts” purchase Rogue Perfumery from, but I am guessing that they placed their orders from here, U.S, without any issues. I first heard about this House through, “Fragrance with Ami”. They are made like EDT perfumery was made back in the day, not watered down. High quality ingredients with great sillage that projects more like parfum extract. Cute packaging, but it’s the juice inside that everyone is raving about. If you need help acquiring samples, just let me know.

Hi there 🤗 So simply put, it's just a lower concentration of perfume. The 'hair mist' name was a nice way of adding a purpose. Personally, I would only buy them if the price difference made it more accessible to me. Otherwise I would just A) spray less or B) dilute the fragrance myself in a decant for a lighter option🌹Xo Sam
