Well, let's be honest - for those of us who haven't a flatrate, we get pretty nervous when the Wi-Fi breaks down 😉... and I'm even from a generation who grew up without anything internet / computer related, let alone cell phone - or smartphone 😂.
This song really takes me back to my childhood when Hilary Duff, Frankie Muniz, Raven, Linsday Lohan, Amanda Bynes, LMNT, A Teens and many other celebrities were really famous back then.
There was one summer when I was young that this song came on the radio every single time my mom and I were in the car. And it's insane to me that I can close my eyes and be right back. There's many songs I remember from my childhood, this one I still feel in my bones.
For those of you wondering: Yes, this is what it was like in the early 2000's. We all had daydreams involving "The Matrix" to save girls we (including myself) had crushes on, boy bands roamed the streets unsupervised setting up stages (the traffic jams to school we're atrocious), and all of us played guitar in our local laundry rooms.
I always take my tablet with me to the laundry, and play June's Journey. Not once has a drop-dead gorgeous Hawaiian guy taken me off on adventures in his 1920's plane.
I’ve been looking for this song for a decade. I had it on repeat on my iPod Shuffle until I accidentally skipped one day and lost it forever (I never knew the name) and just found it and there are no words to describe the emotions I feel upon finally finding and hearing this song again
When I was in the third grade, my teacher used to play this song and it was my absolute favorite song. Over the years, I would think about all the time but had no idea what the song was called. I chalked it up to being that song Check Yes Juliet, but it never quite felt right. Like a month ago I was watching this random TH-cam video that had this song in it and it hit me like a freight train. I looked it up and you’re so right, it was unlike any emotion I’d ever felt. It felt like I was trying to sneeze for 20 years and I finally got to do it
This song stuck to me back in 2002 when I was working at footlocker. This MV playing in the on our tubed televisions back when footlocker used DVDs to play up-to-date songs. This was also during my freshman year in college. Wow. I remember it like it was yesterday.
ughh i dont even kno this band or anything and never heard of this song b4 but i was watchin the couple list 4 wwe and they played this song i spended an hour lookin for it i love it!!
It has taken me 14 years to realize the bands name was not L-M-N-T like a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle name... But LMNT as in "Element"..... My mind is blown...
I found this song when I was watching Lizzie McGuire the other day and I absolutely love it! I love how old school this is, with it being set in a Laundry Mat xD Hearing boy bands really takes me back hah
I heard this song over past 15 years ago when I was a teenager around year 2003... I'm turn on the radio at late night show after back from my workplace...
The last time I heard or even thought of this song, Lizzie McGuire was still airing new episodes! I remember playing this on repeat on my pink ipod mini way back then! 😭
Anyone here from the seventeen's mtv push interview??? Hoshi sand a snippet and even if it was the first time I heard the song it gave me nostagia feelsssss ahhhh now im glad i listened to the full song! Thanks Hoshi for the amazing recomm!!!
Man I had no idea this song was by them. I kept hearing it on the radio and in clothing stores. I thought some pop/rock boy band like Simple Plan or Sum41 sang it. All I remember hearing was the line Heeeeey Juliet
I live in South Korea, and last weekend I went on a trip with my girlfriend to this coastal city called 강릉 (Gangneung). At one point, we were sitting in the back of a mostly empty bus at a stop near the beach when this song randomly came on the radio. She asked me if I had ever heard it before because she liked it. I did some searching and here I am. Random story -- I know, but I just wanted to share. I like the song too, to be honest, and now I think of that moment when I hear it. :P
Hello fellow millennials. It's 2023, this song is old enough to drink. I caught myself mumbling this earworm at an ungoly hour to google the lyrics and find myself here. How the hell do we all still know the lyrics by heart?
Good old 2000s songs, look what happened now to our songs. I miss 1990-2005. This is a song of my childhood, am I the only one here? By the way this reminds me BigTimeRush, I miss them
Yes: 1) The Click five - Just the Girl 2) (Unknown) - I'll will be missing you 3) Plain White T's - Hey there Delilah 4) Train - Hey Soul sister 5) Sean Kingston - Beautiful girls If you want more, then you can comment here I will suggest you every time you want :)
This song was played in one of the Olympus DC product TV ads when I first heard of it. At that time I didn't even know who sing it but love it so much!! ^^
Man, I am soooo late! Ever since they formed into a band of their own when they never made it to become part of O-Town, I've never heard them sing until now! It's pretty good!!! It was a good idea to become a band when they never made it to the final. But today, it's too bad they're not around anymore. Even O-Town's not around!
Stop worrying about getting old and enjoy life! some of us don't have the opportunity to see another day, some only have these moments to remember, enjoy life and be young in spirit .
It's always a good thing to be born in the future, haha. I remember googling stuff as a kid in 2002, 2003 (about the same time I loved this song actually) and it was really hard to find anything because you had to know exactly what you were doing. Plus, a lot of the internet wasn't searchable yet. Now almost all websites are searchable and Google is so good at its job you can practically just lean on the keyboard and it'll autocorrect to the thing you were looking for. So you have more and more music available to you just because it's nearly all online and you can find it.
I’m 30... and the fact that I can still remember and sing along to the lyrics... is nuts !
To be fair, it's catchy as shit
Same ! I remember coming home from school as a kid playing this song everyday In my room constantly
who are your favorite band members of lmnt dude 😎💪🆒?
S A M E. I’m 33 and I can sing every word. Just showed this bop to my partner and he’s floored lol
same here. thank radio disney ultimate jams CD for remembering and listening nonstop to the song.
im laughing so hard cause he said "i tried to page you twice" 90's problems.
Hahahaha 😅
gets better with age

Malcom in the middle: The future is now...
I miss those days!!!
I first heard this song on Radio Disney when I was in elementary school.
One of, if not THE BEST pop song ever written. No contest. I'm 38 now and still jamming out to this gem.
No lies, my kids influenced my music tastes pretty well. I loove this song!
Heard this on Spotify and the nostalgia whiplash was so intense my insurance doesn't cover it
I feel the same I was jamming down the street hahahaha lmao love it
🤣🤣🤣💀💀💀
Same thing happened to me at work today
the kpop bands singing English got me back here LOL
Someone used it on their tiktok and I fckn folded realizing I knew the lyrics😹💃🏻 came running to YT for the full song.
2:34 I love it when songs use to go like that after the bridge, always give me goosebumps🥰🥰.
Me 2! It's known as in this case, "up a whole step key modulation" after the bridge in songwriting. Makes the song more dramatic and dynamic.
Omg same here!! Another one that does that to me is "Firefly" by the A-Teens.
@@josephsoltero7326 A Teens also have it in "I Can't Help Falling In Love"
Another one is the tide is high by atomic kitten
In music theory terms it’s called a phrase modulation since it happens abruptly without any setup in the previous phrase

I have to agree here you guys clearly didn't watch one less lonely girl by Justin Bieber...
