Phacoemulsification surgeries are best..at some hospitals, femtosecond lasers are being used to make incisions before Phacoemulsification..lasers are more precise, but post operative outcomes are same .
Magnificent lens indian company ka EDOF lens hai which covers distance and intermediate distance..toric lens must be needed to correct astigmatism. For near person has to wear glasses after surgery

Yes toric monofocal are best if you are having cylindrical error..no halos, no difficulty in night driving with these lenses

In monofocal lenses, only distance vision can be corrected. If you want want correction for all distances, then go for multifocal lenses
