- Moonlight, our #Australorp hen hatched out five baby #chicks that only one belongs to her. The rest belong to our #Silver-lacedWyandotte, Dolly, our other to #BlackAustralorps, Blue & Luna. The eggs ready to be hatched any day now belong to our #ISABrown #hen, Joan and Brownie, our Easter Egger hen. While Moonlight teaches the chicks to forage, Brownie visits them. Brownie is Moonlight's brooder sister. Moonlight took care of Brownie. Luna is yelling in the background. She's our very vocal #blackaustralorp #hen.
