So apparently the rim rule is to avoid injury to either offensive or defensive players. I honestly thought it was for technical issues with the rim being bent etc. lol ever since I saw Shaq break one of them. Lots of Zion in this compilation but my fav is still the 'Melo one where he gets the takeaway to slam.
The rims are designed to bend now and the structural support of the entire basket was reinforced after Shaq bent a couple in his (iirc) rookie year. You can do pretty much whatever you want to an NBA rim/basket now and it will be fine (there are exception though of course).
It’s partially due to avoid injury but actually hanging from the rim prevents injuries and that’s why the refs don’t call technicals on players trying to avoid people underneath them. You failed to mention it’s usually because it’s considered taunting. That’s the actual reason they cracked down on it.
@@PapaGG360 Adin mentioned taunting so I didn't bring up something they talked about. I thought the injury thing was more interesting lol since I didn't know it was a factor.
I find it so weird that basketball is so popular over here in the states when football isn’t because I find them both equally entertaining and they are similar in a lot of ways
You are only allowed to hang on the rim if it's to avoid falling and hurting yourself or so you don't land on or injure someone below you. If you do it to show off or taunt, it should be called but if you're LBJ or another star, you might get away with it.
You guys should react to some of Iman Shumperts stories about Lebron or his famous one about Steph, they're very entertaining ! would be good reactions
What's more impressive to me is that he travels more than anybody else but he's LeBron so fk it 😂😂 The clip of him at the very end he moved his pivot foot, he just straight up took a step with the ball then started dribbling again like wtf 😂. It was funny both guys were like, "how'd he slip past him there?" Well, he cheated. That helps lol.
Ya Zach Lavine is still top dunkers still playing. Ask Aaron Gordon another top dunker. Zion is coming up but, these guys will have to do a lot to pass Vince Carter as best dunker imo
Please react to Zion Williams high school highlights😤😈
Haven't heard of him
It’s 2023 not 2019. Duke trash
Great recommendation some of those highlights are insane
Naw don’t nobody wanna watch child abuse
@@UnbiasedRemarkshe was a child predator also 😭😭😭

This video must've been made before Anthony Edwards was in the league
Anthony Edwards
That Russ dunk at 9:10 will be an all time favorite of mine forever
Love the show boys! Thank y’all for Cole Palmer btw. Dude is class. Up The Chels
Luka is about 6'7, not known as a jumper so that's why his team went so wild for that haha
4:38 Just a casual 360, no big deal. Good lord.
Like to see more Lob City Dunks, Blake Griffin and especially DeAndre Jordan's greatest dunk of all time. Vince Carter. Shaq.
Some of this are thanks to the excellent rim mic setups by some teams. Mavs rim mic got to be the loudest.
That was some sick clips, but the fact they just Travel constantly in the NBA makes it unwatchable to me. Wtf do we even have rules for?
Daz always being wrong with heights is getting ridiculous 😆 Russ 6'8, Giannis 6'7, Luka close to 7 foot
thats Malik Monk one was snasty 🤯🤯🤯
8:40 Steph Curry is the highest paid this year with 52 mil. Giannis just signed for 61 or 62 a year this week so he’ll be the highest soon.
y'all gotta react to Damian Lillard's bucks debut against the 76ers!!
I find it so weird that basketball is so popular over here in the states when football isn’t because I find them both equally entertaining and they are similar in a lot of ways
No way
It's a racial thing.
You want to hear loud dunks watc Dominique Wilkins

Yep, Jaylen Brown has a 300 million contract, pretty absurd
lol original video looks like it was made by a lebron fan :P always fun to see big dunks tho
LeBron poster dunks are impressive
Doncic is listed at 6’7

I feel like wiggins and Westbrook have more power to theyre dunks than lavine
Not a single shaq highlight
Right? Ridiculous video, how does it not end with him shattering the backboard? That was an all-time classic moment!
The disrespect for Paul george in this is crazy. He definitely has some of the loudest and craziest dunks
The trick is the NBA commentary is actually better than the stupid games with nobody ever playing any defense
Casual old head
@@soundwriter3083fr lmao idk why these clowns have came to that conclusion
